Update: I have placed two more phone calls to follow up on my account balance. Of course I was unable to speak with someone direct. I had to leave two voice message's and have yet to receive a call back. Going to assume that because I have reached my maximum out of pocket expense, that I do not owe anything as I was told that I had a co-payment.

Update, went to settle my account and they would not accept my form of payment. This is just another reason not to use this facility. Told the office manager to bill me and hoped they improved there service as there patients deserve

The front office staff did not check coverage eligibility until day prior to appointment; five weeks of waiting for appointment down the drain. A regular office would have checked this at the time of appointment booking (and again prior to appt date). This PT office didn't do their diligence, and could care less.
