I encourage anyone who is seeking treatment to visit nurse Emily! I have visited this clinic for four sessions of Emsculpt and I am so happy she was there to guide me through the entire process. Emily is proactive in providing advice on pre- and post-treatment and I was never left worrying about what was going to happen or what side effects I may feel afterwards. I've had a keloid from an infected cartilage piercing for YEARS. Feeling so insecure having a bump on my ear which grew little by little over time. Had it cut off twice, removal surgery at the hospital, and yet it grew back everytime. Did some research and found that this place did keloid removals. After a visit and a shot of steroids, my keloid is completely gone and my confidence levels went UP. Definitely recommend this place!

I decided to come to Dr Lay despite travelling from Canada because he has done the double eyelid surgery on one of my friends and I was amazed by how much better she looked after (I've seen surgeries by other doctors where the crease is not necessarily suitable for the face).
After a consult I realized he was clearly very knowledgeable and skilled - he asked about my height to as a determinant for my crease height, since as I'm short and will look up most of the time which meant the crease should be more visible. I got my eyelid surgery back in 2018 and to date I always say it's one of the most worth it things I've ever spent money on. I was wearing double eyelid tape for over a year prior and it was something I had wanted done for years. My recovery was pretty smooth and Dr Lay really helped put my mind at ease during the short procedure. I just obtained my consult notes from the office and I'm actually kinda impressed with how detailed it is. He accurately noted that I wanted a low crease, whereas the doctor who botched my first surgery (Dr. Goretti Ho Taghva who I do NOT recommend btw) gave me a large crease. -_- This already shows that Dr. Lay listens to what the patient wants, which is kinda important when you're making permanent changes to your face.
Also wanted to add that even though Dr. Lay said it's impossible to lower my crease, I just had it successfully lowered by one of the top oculoplastic surgeons

I had Dr Lay do my eyelid surgery and also a lift lip because I was tired of doing fillers, and it was the best decision I have ever made. I no longer have to wear false lashes or even eye makeup on a regular basis and I feel confident going anywhere with no makeup. Dr Lay will tell you his honest opinion on any procedure you are looking to do while considering how your face type will heal; he won’t do something on you just to take your money if he genuinely feels the end result won’t be ideal. I don't know why Dr. Lay got some bad reviews. He is very nice and kind person. He knew what I really wanted. I had my eyelids surgery from Dr. Lay and he did amazing job for me plus staff (I don't know her name) who helped him in operation room also very nice. Price is reasonable for amazing result I got. So happy to get eyelids surgery here. All my friends saw result, they really love it. And some of my friends want to get eyelid surgery from Dr.Lay too after they have seen my result. Dr. LAY!! I went to Lay in 2016. He was verbally insensitive at that time, but I overlooked it. I contacted his office September 2020 for eyelid and jowl surgery, and for an office consultation, his office requested a non-refundable $125 fee which I paid. I canceled the appointment because I realized he is not a good person after consulting with others and seeing his reviews on Yelp. I hope to get back my $125 pre-paid consultation fee. Lay is a self-interested self-promoter.

I'm embarrassed to admit that at age 35 I'm frighten the sight of needles but my desire to maintain youthful is greater than my fear. To my surprise I opted to get the numbing cream and Nurse Practitioner Sieyeon was extremely gentle and I did not feel a thing. She entertained my awkward conversation to distract to me. I got eyelid surgery here last year. The doctor and his employees took really good care of me. They made the process all easy and fast. Doctor asked me how I would like my eyelids, I said I dont need anything fancy, I just need them to look even and natural.
The surgery went very well but yes, I looked scary on the 1st week, but just do what the doctor said and took antibiotic as the nurse told me, after 2 weeks I already saw the result. My eyes look very natural, I swear, if I dont say anything, nobody has known I got my eyes done. In my opinion, doing plastic surgery, to make it obvious is easy

This is my first bad review on Yelp. I'm so moved to post this because I'm appalled by Chase's lack of professionalism, especially in this field. I was present for my mother's post consultation, when he shared insensitive comments and was highly inappropriate. If you're considering coming here, consider how comfortable you want to be with a doctor performing on your body/face. Make sure you're not only comfortable, but that you trust them. Unfortunately, Chase only showed his true colors AFTER surgery, so I hope you keep my experience with him in mind for this important

In no way is this review a reflection of nurse Emily, who undoubtedly does a phenomenal job with fillers and so forth. This review is solely based from the experience my mother received from Chase. To start, my mother has never gotten surgery done before, but as she aged, her eyelids drooped down covering her natural eyelid folds. She made the conscious decision to seek surgical enhancement. I was given the responsibility to seek out the right PS. Considering the high reputation Chase has within the Asian community concerning eyelid surgery, I believed he would be a great choice. Had 4 tiny moles on the left side of my face that I wanted gone for symmetry purposes... they were throwing off my makeup looks. Dr. Lay clearly explained the process and what I could expect from the procedure. I went into the surgery knowing exactly how much it would cost, what I could expect during the healing process, and what I could expect the fully healed result to be. Still waiting for the full healing process to finish, but so far I'm super satisfied with the results.

Horribly botch job on mother’s eyelid surgery. Chase blamed her age (57 years old) and genes for bad results. Compared her to his staff that she’ll never look like them because they’ll young. Throughout post up meeting he made incredibly insensitive remarks to justify his botch job and afterwards wanted to charge additional $5k for revision. My mom was left embarrassed and sad, she mention that she would not trust him for a revision because if it came out bad again he’ll just blame it on her again. Work on your bedside manners Chase!

Dr Lay!!! I flew all the way from Seattle just for him.(prior to pandemic) I'm a korean dude and dudes do it too! I had one semi fold and none on the other. Dr Lay created just the subtle balance I was hoping for! He also eased my anxiety during the healing process and was reassuring for good reason. He does amazing work!

My eyes were fine to start with. Just some stupid reasons lead me to this path. After that very first stupid move, I had so many bad surgeries and corrections that made me so depressed and almost gave up my hope to ever being able to get my look back. But for that very same reason, that the terrible look of my eyes ruined my face so bad, I didn't even dare to go meet up with friends for a long time. Therefore I finally decided to give it another try. I went through very throughout researches and decided to go see Dr. Chase.

For someone who had tonsils from hell… They should've been taken out when I was a kid... this doctor is one of my heroes! I accompanied my friend to her consultation with Dr. Lay. Upon meeting him, we immediately felt comfortable because he had such a friendly and personable demeanor. Not only was he honest and straightforward about her options, he took his time to address any concerns and answer questions.
