He completed his medical degree at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine and then an ophthalmology residency training at the Case Western Reserve University MetroHealth St. Luke's Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Pham and his staff are professional, caring and patient. My Mom needed cataract surgery so that she could return to Arizona and live independently. She was only in town for 2 weeks. Dr. Pham had done my mother in law's eyes for cataract correction about 7 years ago. She was thrilled with the results. When I called Dr. Pham's office, they got her in right away. We were there for almost 2 hours while Dr.Pham and his team did countless measurements. I think he used every piece of equipment in his clean, organized office. Excellent doctor for Cataract Surgery. I was legacy blind, vission over 20-300, both eyes. What a surprise when Dr. Pham placed the artificial Cataract Lens so well that not only was I able to not whair my thick glasses, but I how see 20-20. Dr Phan gave me my vission back. Staff is always right on the mark. For Dr Phan and his team that makes for excellent care. And this team is a winner.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pham. He made me feel comfortable, my procedures were well planned out, he was made available every time I needed him-- pretty much every step of the way he held my hand through, whether it was in hysteria or inquisition or fear. My sister however, went to him for the same procedures. With the full knowledge that I had referred my own sister to him, he dropped the ball on her. He not only rushed through her procedure, he misinformed her in telling her that her procedure would be a one-time deal when in reality it became a three-time deal, it did not heal
