I have been to Dr. Lepore for a few procedures. He is really nice, professional, and makes the process very comfortable. The staff is also very kind. Normally I would have been nervous during my last procedure but the nurse (regretting I don't remember her name) kept me laughing and took away any anxiety I had. I was REALLY happy with the results. They do follow ups to make sure everything is healing well and really seem invested in their clients. Compared to other places they are very affordable and worth every penny. I will be a lifetime customer.

First of all, despite the advertisement of free consultation on this site, they insisted on charging me a hefty consultation fee upon arrival. Then, after much time and effort spent collaborating about my treatment plan, preparing for the procedure as well as the cost, this provider completely failed to carry through. Had the worst experience of my life with Dr Lepore. The extended wait times were gruelling. Last post op visit, after waiting over an hour I walked out. I had a hand surgery. The results are hideous! My hand will always be unsightly with lack of flexibility. The scar looks like a 5yo sutured it. Very large stitches that looks ridiculous . Be Aware. I might add that I am a retired NICU, and I know good work from bad work.

Every client's time is valuable , please respect every client's time. Initial appointments are free of charge yes but that does not imply making a patient wait for 20 mins because the doctor is busy with someone else. Even the patient's time is valuable .If you cannot give an appointment and the doctor is busy , please do not dole out appointment times which you cannot meet. If this is the case with the initial consultation, wonder what the wait time will be for the surgery.

Dr. Lepore and staff are great. I just had another procedure in an body makeover that began several years ago with the loss of 50 pounds and a new exercise routine. Dr. Lepore is VERY nice. However his office staff is severely lacking the same charm. Tammy was very kind but everyone else was short and unwelcoming. When I walked in I felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation at the front desk and they quickly handed me a folder to read up on and asked me to sit down.
The mirror in the room I was sat in was filthy with a questionable liquid splattered across it which was unsettling in a professional supposedly sterile environment.
