First picture are the flowers I ordered and the second is the flowers I received. I understand sometimes substitutions are made in arrangements, but the item delivered was a completely different arrangement. … When I called to make sure they would be delivered in the time frame quoted to me they said everything was good and made no mention to me the arrangement would be different from what I ordered. I felt someone should have reached out to me and let me purchase a different arrangement or refund my money if the item I purchased wasn’t available. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed...went to pick up corsages for prom and it was totally wrong colors. Asked for white, royal blue & silver and it was purple & lavender with royal blue ribbon. I asked for it to be made right & was told they were out of white flowers. So much for customer is always right. Will never order from them again.

Your driver failed to yield in an intersection for an EMERGENCY vehicle at 11:40 on Saturday March 31st in lawrenceburg accross from mcdonalds. I'm sending you a message with the licence plate number and notified police. You need to educate your driver's on yielding for emergency vehicles everyone in the intersection was stopped and your driver cut off an ambulance with lights and sirens BLARING and was nearly hit and refused to get out of the way. UNACCEPTABLE.
