I would say this was the cleanest place I've stayed in a while, sometimes I get paranoid about bedding and other surfaces. My stay was outstanding not only because of the cleanliness of the room and facilities, but the VERY attentive and email oriented staff. I was provided complimentary dishwasher soap and laundry detergent to make my stay easier.
In room washer/dryer combo was a huge plus. The parking was abundant and convenient to my room. Short bike ride to Dune Allen beach but also huge nature park and restaurant with live music directly across the street. I would stay again!

We come to Destin yearly for our family vacation. This year we booked our trip a little late so we had to stay somewhere besides our usual place. This is our first time staying at 30A Inn & Suites. The only room that was available for our time frame and booking was a two bedroom. We would have preferred something larger, but it was only our fault for booking so late. The rooms were very clean and nicely sized. There are two pools within the place. We really didn't swim, but an hour total, because we spent our time mostly at the beach. The beach is less than 5 mins away. That was new to us, having

Overall pleasant experience. The common area where the elevator is smells like mold; but once in the room there was no mold smell. Walk to the beach was longer than expected, I suggest driving; you can park on the side of the road to make walk shorter. No microwave in the room. House keeping was nice and reliable.

This was not the experience I was expecting. At almost $200 per night, I expected clean towels each day and minimal at best housekeeping. To use a microwave we had to go to third floor elevator (no microwaves in rooms) and no housekeeping and they even wanted us to take out garbage! Also was told there would be a $150 hold on card for damages and not to use towels to remove makeup or I would be charged. Never ever will we stay here again. Nice building, no extras (nor minimums for services), not worth the price at all. Lesson learned.

Great location on quieter end of 30a. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was very spacious and loved having a full kitchen which we used for some dinners. Not close enough to walk to beach access, so you do have to drive, but it's a very short drive to both public access or Top Sail Park, which was very nice. Balconies are very small with a couple of plastic chairs, and when sitting, you can't see over wall. Decor needs to be updated, but it was still nice and clean boutique style hotel.

One of the most memorable stays I've had the pleasure of having in the area. This place is beautiful and comes equip with just about everything you would need during your stay. The property grounds are so well kept and everything looks so new and welcoming. The environment automatically makes you feel like you belong. By the end of my stay I could honestly say that I was completely satisfied with my stay and I will be returning for another trip very soon.

4.5 stars. I would stay here, again. It looked as if it was brand new. The place was very clean. I liked the location, as well. It wasn't too busy where we stayed. It's not too far from the beach and not too far from restaurants. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I felt that it lacked customer service. There's 3 floors and on our way down from the 2nd floor, two of the employees went into the elevator and didn't offer us a ride to get in. We asked if they were going down, and we were told no. They said they were going up, so we waited til they got

30A Suites is pretty much no hassle. It's a low footprint property that's perfect for people who want apartment style stays and the privacy that goes along with it. There's a washer and dryer in my room so I returned home with clean clothes after spending time on and off the beach.
I'll definitely come back here!! Highly recommended!!

I meant to write a review for this place a few months back.
I stayed here a few nights with my boyfriend on a romantic getaway. The staff was very friendly and personable. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the venue next door. They were having a wedding the night after we checked in and the chapel was lit up in beautiful hues of pink and purple! The suites are all themed and look exactly as they do online (maybe even better). I would most certainly go back to 30-A! It was a home away from home!

Enjoyed our stay very much, we were impressed with the decor and tidiness of our suite. Modern kitchen with granite countertops. Very quiet and peaceful. We could barely hear our neighbors or the cars on the road and our suite was on the end towards the highway. Convenient to Hwy 98 and only a few minutes to Grayton beach. No housekeeping but we knew that going in. It's more like renting a condo which we do a lot. We booked on short notice and for only 2 nights. Perfect for what we wanted...a relaxing weekend near the beach.

Let me start off with the positives:
In a community filled with long-term vacation rentals, this place provides a nice alternative for those who only want to stay for a short amount of time. The suites are very nice looking, cozy, and well appointed, and there are bottles of complementary beverages in the refrigerator.
And now, the many, many negatives:
First of all, the bathroom had an ant infestation. They were literally crawling out of the woodwork, all over the sink, and for a room that cost $200+ per night, this is simply unacceptable.
Secondly, the room was noisy. You could hear people
