Absolutely LOVED the Henderson. Beautiful rooms and lovely resort. Service at the front desk was a little uneven, but all other employees were super nice and very accommodating. Special shout out to the young man who took care of our bicycle rental (Eric?) And valet Don, quite possibly the best employee on the site. Wonderful job guys - thanks for your great service! Absolutely loved the pristine beach. We will be back!

Nothing short of perfection! My husband and I just spent four days here and were sad to leave. I have nothing bad to say about our experience at all! The property is stunning and meticulously kept! The architecture and decor is just beautiful…simple yet elegant! Every time we entered the lobby area my husband commented on how good it smelled! Service was the best we’ve ever had…from bellhops to front desk to room service to wait staff/bartenders/managers at Horizons and Primrose! They all certainly know how to cater to their guests and do it well! It almost is as if you are staying at a boutique

We stayed here for Christmas. This was our getaway vacation. We loved the place! The check in was smooth. Easy to find the room. The restaurants at the facility were top notch. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. They have access to the beach and after a short walk, you can use your room key to enter a part of the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas. My kids loved the lazy river. The rooms had a nice decor. We got some amazing pictures with our kids. Awesome place, will be back.

We stayed in the lofts on the 4th floor. We had a great ocean view and a view of the pool. The hotel is new and updated, the beds are the best. My only complaint is they charged us $185 exit cleaning fee (standard for our room) and also if you want your room cleaned while you’re there it costs between $50-75 per day. I would hope these funds are going directly to housekeeping by way of a pay increase. The only thing I would recommend is, the tv’s be updated to include apps like Netflix and Hulu, that’s standard in some of your nicer hotels now. I would also recommend them adding more activities

This is a 5+ star. The architecture is fabulous, the landscaping is gorgeous 😍, staff is wonderful.
But it's under construction and will be for a while yet.
We booked for two nights and unfortunately we had views and sounds of the construction. Maybe if your here for one night, and you don't spend time in your room, but 2 nights you like to enjoy your room. Their rooms are 5star, beds so comfortable as well as pillows.
So my suggestion,is if your coming, ask about the construction and what your room is looking at....

It smells like paradise as soon as you walk the front doors. Everyone is kind and eager to help. The property itself is amazing. The decor and attention to the smallest details set this place apart. My wife and I are on our honeymoon and we feel like royalty! Amelia checked us in at the front desk and was so kind and informative. Greg the bell hop was amazing as well. He took great care of our bags and making sure we had all our questions answered while taking us up to our room.

My husband and I went here for an anniversary trip this last spring and it was fantastic! Perfect weather to top off a great hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. Like was mentioned in other reviews, the helicopter tours got a little frustrating at times, but this is nothing on the Henderson Resort and we were still highly satisfied with our stay. Comfy beds, wonderful amenities, nice adult pool/spa. Got a pedicure and the lady at the spa was super friendly and did a fine job. Thanks to Henderson for offering such a wonderful getaway.☺️
