My car needed to be towed through AAA at 8pm. Anthony's towing is an independent contractor for AAA. They kept delaying until after I :30 am! I got a ride since they never showed up. Then they had the nerve to say that they serviced the vehicle and asked for a review. They will get one.. Note the other reviewer who also waited 4.5 hours. AAA will be notified.

I have AAA and had wait 4.5 hours in a Subway parking lot until Eli was able to pick me up. I know that wait time was solely on AAA and I was pretty angry having to wait so long. Eli from Anthony's Towing ended up turning that all around when he picked me up and dropped me off. Very professional, quick to get my car loaded up and very personable on the ride to the shop. Hands down the best towing experience I've ever had. If I had any other driver that could of easily been my worst. Eli changed all that and he definitely deserves the recognition. So Anthony if you're reading this Eli provided excellent

I did call in an emergency where my 4-year-old and I were stranded at night about 2 weeks ago from this date locked out of my car after literally taking rebar to the window a rock to the window and even a brick to all windows except for the front window ... I had attempted and asked for help tried to give the approximate location I was given nothing more than a shine on and told that eh well I can't help ya and said he didn't know where it was this man did not attempt at all to locate where we could have been didn't ask me for any sort of details in which I did not really know but being a tow company

Critical: Professionalism
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This tow company left me and my boys stranded in a bad neighborhood because the driver felt threatened. We were excited he was there. But he just drove off with no explanation. I had to call AAA back to find out what happened. Gee thanks for nothing Anthony's. Not!

My experience with this company was terrible. The lack of customer service and rudeness I received from the women on the phone was unsettling especially coming from a local woodland business which has numerous other towing companies to choose from especially considering the amount of money they charge for towing/storage of a vehicle. I would not recommend using them.
Well Anthony this has nothing to do with my car being towed. but because the lady on the phone wasn’t willing to do me a huge favor and call you to ask if you’d work with me considering my situation! That’s all I asked for and
