The first time we stayed here it was perfect. This current room we are in this visit however..... Toilet dripped constantly, light switches were cracked, the carpet in the main bedroom was stained, and the smoke alarms randomly went off only in our room... All in all not a good experience this go around...

Following up to your response from my previous review.
Your response (Norman-Daily) sounds oh so good, if it were in fact the truth.
The truth is, I was NEVER offered "an addendum to my lease that stated if I had the rental professionally cleaned upon move out, we would return your full deposit".
That is exactly what I was repeatedly asking for, but was repeatedly told NO that the deposit is non refundable period.
If what you stated was true, this communication regarding this poor review would not even exist. I suggest retraining on what the definition of honesty and integrity are, as I did

I was approved for a long term rental with this company. Because I refused to hand over non refundable deposits to this company before even seeing a lease agreement I was ignored and then removed from proceeding with the renting the property. This company is focused on collecting large non refundable deposits which I have never heard of in all the 40+ years of renting and owning/managing the rental of my own properties. I am seeking legal assistance on how to deal with this shocking treatment, though I was ready, eager, and approved to rent one of their properties, The property manager chose to

I had booked a stay in Destin, FL in september though VRBO that was managed by Newman Dailey. We decided to cancel our trip and called and asked if we could get our money back, they said we could if it re-rented, which made sense. Our stay re-rented in september and expected to get the money back right after the booking dates. They told me I wouldn't have to do anything and they would refund our credit card. However, it is now december and they still have not refunded us. I have called multiple times and when I call they have told me they don't know when or how much the refund will even be!!!!

Just spent the week at Hidden Dunes Villa #36. It was wonderful! This villa has everything you want & need. The Newman-Dailey folks provided all information necessary for easy check-in plus opportunities for extra available days. Villa#36 is home-away-from-home for us. We have stayed in this unit several times and hope to be back here again in the Spring, if not before!

Disregard and go directly to my edit portion at bottom of this post.---You can't park at hotel it is not allowed unless you cough up $35 for Valet. Only other option is across the street which is shared with 2 other businesses.
They had construction going on throughout our stay. Going to the beach is easy access yet they only have a garden hose to rinse upon returning to hotel in which most don't bother to use and rather rinse off at hotel pool.
A simple easy showerhead installation would promote a rinse before returning. Pool towels are available if you wait 30 min and grab before someone beats

We really enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, grounds were nice. The only drawback we had was when we would leave to go out for supper we would get back and we would have a difficult time finding somewhere to park. This was due to the restaurant being on the property. However all in all I would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Place Courtyard. Wonderful area and our kids really enjoyed riding their bikes in the natural area between the buildings. The townhouse was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. Now for the drawbacks... although the AC was pumping out cold air in the hallways upstairs and downstairs, the vents were blowing warmer air in the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. It made it really warm in the bedrooms, which was a little uncomfortable. Also, the code for the pool and beach changed mid-week and we were not made aware,. We had to rely

We loved this rental house in Florida. It was the best vacation we had in years. The house was just a few blocks from the beach, which we walked to everyday :). Our pool was just outside the front door and it was kept very clean. The neighborhood was clean & friendly:). We cooked breakfast at home, had lunch there or at the Beach . It was Amazing. We never wanted to leave.. We always had our pick of restaurants, there were tons of them, they were all delicious. If your considering renting a place for vacation, I highly recommend it. You will love it and so will your family :).
