We have stayed in this condo complex (Summer Place on Okaloosa Island) multiple times in the past 10 years. Each unit we have stayed in has been beautiful and comfortable. Location cannot be beat if you want beach access and the pools and hot tub are also great. Legacy Vacations has great customer service and we have never been disappointed. I highly recommend!!

Legacy Vacations was a great resource for our family vacation to Miramar Beach. The condo at (Edgewater Beach Condominiums #809) was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean, had a huge balcony, plenty of seating at the beautiful glass dining table and tons of room altogether. I enjoyed several soaks in the deep tubs and appreciated that the showers had good water pressure. The refrigerator was roomy enough for all of our food. In fact, we cooked our entire stay and had all of the basic utensils that we needed. We ate breakfast on the expansive balcony, enjoyed burgers on the picnic tables

Rented at Waterscape through Legacy. The roaches and other bugs greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. Bugs were mainly confined to the kitchen, laundry and in the kitchen drawers - but we also found some in the small bathroom - all surrounding the bunk area where our child slept. We contacted Legacy and was told a bug company was dispatched to our room to spray. However, the bug army didn't retreat. We were refunded some of our cleaning fee money, but very disappointed with having to kill bugs all week and step over them with bare feet through the night. We also found mold in the shower
