We arrived on a Friday night to Unit 1605. Condo appeared clean, aside from carpeting that needed replacing. Immediately, we were disappointed with our bath towel being rolled up on the shower floor. Also only two standard pillows were provided for a king sized bed. We woke up the next morning, and my husband was covered in flea bites. We counted 14 fleas on our bodies in the span of an hour. We killed three fleas to show proof to the property owner (see photo attached). The property owner seemed unfazed by our findings, and offered to refund the remainder of our nights that we didn’t stay for

Of course the beach is nice, but unit 2609 was the one of the dirtiest, oldest places I've ever stayed, and I've been all over the world. The carpet and furnishings are probably 30+ years old, and they look it. The lampshades have a permanent layer of dust, and the whole place smells bad. No toilet paper holder. Laundry left in dryer. It was so gross that I sacrificed the 2nd (required) night and went somewhere else.

Critical: Professionalism
Condo was great. Beach umbrella guy was a d*ck. Took up entire beach front with his “rented chairs”. We come down enough that we have our own stuff. Had to get up at 6am to get a spot so we could see our kids play safely. Then he would set up chairs and umbrellas in front of us hoping that we would move.
