I agree with the reviews and would not recommend Tatiana Pestana to my worst enemy. I had two terrible experiences. I switched my son over to T Pestana from his previous pediatrician because we moved. On his first visit she tells me he isn't up to date on vaccines. She gives him the chicken pox vaccine. I thought it was strange that he wouldn't be up to date since I'm very good about taking my kids to their well check appointments. When I check records I see he had already received that vaccine! Of course I call frantic thinking something may happen to my 15 month old baby. Though

they canceled my appointments 2
the Breast reduction evaluation and the appointment with T .Pestrana. Stated both appointment canceled due to no receiving paperwork.I had a previous appointment with this office and paperwork was not reqired a week before appointment. I was discriminate d against because I mentioned my recent COVID-19 infection which now was negative .I wanted a primary visit but again left this office in tears and went to the Er for assistance. please please avoid this office at all cost. Please don't . I was never treated in such a manner

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT go to this Dr. The office staff is extremely rude and not helpful. I've had problems with them since my first visit last year. Took them 6 months to process my claim, in which they were not to charge me for the visit because it was my annual. I requested my own bloodwork from them and they were extremely hesitant to give me a copy, and now I was billed for preventative care because the dr chose to take 15 minutes instead of 5 minutes with me. Which dr sees any patient for 5 minutes??? Isn't it normal to go over history and the process of what you are about to do to me??

Made this appointment 3 months ago. Scheduled for Monday that is my day off. Never called me to verify my appointment. They sent me a stupid text message saying that my appointment was cancelled because I didn't confirm a text message.
Lazy employees. They can't call people to verify appointment?

Dr. Tatiana Pestana is my daughter's pediatrician but recently started seeing me as well because I was getting sick. After having two nights of no sleep, I called her office at 630am Sunday expecting to get her service, but was extremely surprised and mortified that she answered the phone herself!!! These types of physicians are rare these days. I would definitely recommend her office! Thank you Dr. T!!!

Tatiana Pestana has been my doctor for about 6 years now. I LOVE her and couldn't be happier about her level of concern and care. She spends time with you and never makes you feel rushed, but there's never an overly long wait at her office, somehow! She's compassionate but will not baby you - she tells you what you need to do try help take care of yourself and will remember and make sure you are doing it. She's not the kind of lazy doctor to just prescribe you pills and guess at what's wrong. She is determined to get to the heart of the matter and include you in your own
