The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Alexis was super sweet and inquired about my current skincare routine and incorporated some of my existing products with my new prescriptions. They provided samples of my new prescriptions and provided me with a full write up of my new skincare routine. Can’t wait to see my results over the next few months.

My first experience was warm and inviting. Dr. Stephens was super sweet and provided great insight on my skin care regimen. All of my concerns were addressed and a game plan was provided. In addition, the nurse practitioner was very nice. She shared great strategies that were helpful as well as product suggestions. Nice tag team! I enjoyed my visit.

I had a little emergency with my skin today (completely my fault tho) and Dr. Stephens took care of me and healed my skin with her amazing laser treatment and I was on my lunch break so they did everything for me super efficient and top quality as always! Her assistant Gina was super nice, gentle and caring. I always have a good experience and my skin has never been so beautiful!! I'm not one who writes reviews, but let me take a moment to share my great experiences about Dr. Stephens and staff. I stay in north Florida, and each month for 4 months, I've taken a 4.5-hour drive to Parkland Dermatology and each time the staff and service was nothing less than excellent. The staff are so friendly and hospitable, and Dr. Stephens is very down-to-earth and sweet. In my last two visits, I arrived an hour early, so they were able to accommodate me by starting my treatment early instead of having me wait until my scheduled time. The office hired a new addition; Angie, a nurse practitioner. Initially, I thought I only wanted to continue using Dr. Stevens but after meeting Angie I was comfortable using her. She is so professional, charming, and communicative. She listened to what my goals were, carefully explained what she did at each step of the way, and assured my comfort throughout each process. I don't think I ever had such painless botox injections. At the end of the visit she gave me clear post-procedure protocols to follow and made sure I was satisfied with the process results. Dr. Stephens has many years of experience and knowledge that she shares with her clients. She also has a YouTube page and IG that are both packed with top notch information. She has the best lasers, professional products (that she does not push on you) - there was no up selling at all and she has super clean and beautiful office. It’s been a month since I took my daughter to her first visit with Dr. Stephens. My daughter has had severe eczema for quite some time & no other dermatologist could help her skin the way Dr. Stephens has. The products she recommended and prescribed has improved my daughters skin drastically! During the visit, she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She has restored my faith in my daughters skin. The office was clean and comfortable. I found the office staff to be professional and pleasant. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and patient and able to diagnose and treat secondary issues that I had concerns about.

My experience with Dr. Stephens is always amazing. She is a wonderful practitioner and from day one we have only had great experiences. Being a parent in the health care field and having a with a child with eczema, she has been a breath of fresh air with her knowledge and compassion.
