Dr. Phillips performs surgical procedures in three conveniently located facilities in South Florida. Dr. Phillips performs a complete range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures and treatments in his fully accredited in-office surgical suite. Post-operative care is provided in our in-house recovery center.

Updating my last review.
Like I said my first experience was Amazing. Then my second experience with eyefiller left a blue Tyndale affect due to older filler.
Spoke with Tiffany & F. Leigh Phillips, They both were amazing and really listen to my concern & they both help & proceeded forward to dissolve the filler now the blue Tyndall effect is gone.
Can’t thank you both enough. I Will be seeing you guys again soon.

Dr. Phillips was highly recommended to me by my surgeon for follow-up plastic surgery. Upon meeting him, besides the great recommendation which put me at ease, his warmth, concern and kindness and apparent knowledge made me realize I was in the right office. It was a major operation and my first one. He did a wonderful job and all my return visits were handled similarly with absolute accurate care given at all times. He also takes care not to do unnecessary revisions taking the other theory that less is more and your body heals itself which I greatly appreciated and he was always right with whatever

I was referred by a great friend who had previously seen Dr Phillips. I am a breast cancer survivor and was unsure what if anything could be done to have normal looking breasts. Dr Phillips always showed care and compassion. He thoroughly explained what the process would be and what I could expect as end result. His bedside manor is amazing! He is a great surgeon and I am forever grateful to him. I also love Melissa who works in his office. She is so kind and knowledge. She makes you feel like you have known her forever! Simply put, Dr. Philips is a top-notch p/s with superior skills. His artistic eye for beauty is clearly evident in his work! A Master Injector in every sense, you will be delighted with your natural-looking results, without question! (My results are truly incredible and exactly what I was seeking!) I also love his wonderful bedside manner and his professional office staff (Tiffany is amazing and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of skin care). Although there are countless docs in South Florida from which to choose, I am forever grateful to my girlfriend for recommending Dr. Phillips. Hands-down

Dr. Phillips has been my physician for a few years for different procedures. He is a highly skilled surgeon and an honest one. If he thinks you don't need a procedure, he will tell you so and that is very rare! His staff Tiffany and Yvette are wonderful. Kind, helpful, caring, as his Dr. Phillips. I have seen many plastic surgeons in my time but he is my favorite and I highly recommend him.
