Been using this service for close to 10 years. First started while working in Boulder, now i live 25 miles away and go out of my way for the honesty, friendly people, knowledgeable owners, extremely fair pricing and a comfort that I'm sure you will experience as well.

Cant say i was there to witness "rude" behavior. However my experience in the construction industry is don't show up last minute ANYWHERE FOR ANY REASON.
Again the owner is awesome and perhaps the negative reviews are a bit misleading.

Aragon Recycling in Ft. Collins offered me 1.90lb for bare bright so I called down to Western Aluminum and they offered me 2.50lb. I drove down to Western Aluminum and was greeted by friendly honest staff which made my day! I'm glad I made the trip. Thanks guys
