After my accident I must have called at least 50 Attorney's offices all advertising a "Free Consultation" with an attorney. I found Mr. Kerr while searching for an attorney for loss of value. Our car was brand new and I got hit hard by another car. Luckily I wasn’t hurt, but it was frustrating that our brand new car wasn’t worth the same anymore because of this accident and it would be harder to sell. Russell Helped me to get my DV and LOU after a driver backed up into my Aston Martin. Russell managed to recover the full DV and LOU without having to go to court.
Everything ended up being a lot quicker and smoother than I was expecting.

I waited for 4 days before Russell Kerr talked to me by phone. First thing from his mouth was insulting and provoking with his rush to judgment attacking me before he even heard my auto accident case. After telling him Re: my case, he had no opinion how much my case is worth or offer any suggestions! Why should anyone hire him for his untrustworthy and immoral Personaly Injury (PI) practices! Not recommend him to anyone.

Since I was not in the Socal area (attorneys dealing in diminished value are hard to find where I live) it was not pragmatic to be represented by Kerr & Sheldon but I was offered invaluable advice and info for no charge and even was told to call back if I had further questions. I was referred to Russel Kerr by my personal lawyer regarding a diminished value truck claim. As it turns, the claim is small claims court case so he was not able to represent. He did though go out of his way to provide me with a substantial amount of information including a sample brief and jury instructions; all for free.
