Koontz Properties maintains and leases rental properties at 7 different locations in Quincy, Illinois. At all of our properties we provide the exterior maintenance, such as lawn care and snow removal. We are accepting pets at all of our locations. There is a one time non-refundable fee of $200 and the rent increases by $25 per pet. We have a two pet limit.
