Kids running around in traffic ..alotta ways to get fined out there ..rude neighbors ..cant get into pool unless manager is there never on weekends at all .. Cars flying through parking lot..

Christina does a great job ensuring the facilities are properly maintained and the renters have what they need. Great to work with!

I moved here this past fall. Christine made everything super easy. I had lived in a 3 bedroom home for the past 20 years and this transition was very hard for me. She made me feel welcome and eased my mine on so many things. Alex who takes care of virtually everything on the property inside and out is the best. If you submit a request that something needs repaired he is on it immediately. Normally done the exact day you make the request. I have lived here for over 2 years and it has been a great experience for the most part. The current Manager Christina is amazing and is super helpful when it comes to issues. Really easy to talk to about an issues that arise. We had issues with previous landlords but now this has been an overall good experience. Only complaint that I really have is the drive is in bad shape both on the hill and around the complex. The pool is never in service and gross looking. But the overall experience here has been good.

The management is not all that good and shady at times. Always outside smoking and will fine you 30$ for a single bag of trash sitting outside your apartment door for only an hour. Also lease stated 24 hour gym but lights went off at midnight and I was not able to use gym after 12 unless I worked out in the dark. With all that being said though the apartments are very well kept. Big living rooms, nice size bathrooms and huge closets and plenty of cabinet space. Also, it’s nice they let you have small pets and also the playground is well kept.
