The apartments are so nice but unfortunately whoever runs the building are not so nice people. They said they would rent to my husband and i if we had no felonies. My husband has a dismissed felony charge. He is not a felon. He is a non violent offender, this is a non existing drug charge from 2012. Again, NOT a felon.

I travel for a living, my current assignment is in rural Adams county. I have lived at the New Tremont now approximately 5 months. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is safe, clean, fully furnished, comfortable and quiet with reasonable pricing. Safety is always a concern but this area is always patrolled being that it's downtown. My room is like my getaway from everything, Most of my neighbors are also traveling medical professionals, and quite a few college students, everyone I've met here in the building is nice and will help you out if you need it.
