Dig It Dog Grooming uses a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy bathing system that combines the therapeutic experience of a whirlpool bath and a jacuzzi spa. The invigorating jet system removes dirt, loose hair, and exfoliates the skin for the healthiest coat possible while it massages any aches and pains.
We do our very best to get your dog done as quickly as possible. We begin your dog's grooming as soon as you drop it off. We like to say that it will take about three hours, but many times it will be less. We will call you right when the grooming is finished and the dog is ready to be picked up. We will do our best to keep the hair as close as possible to the desired length first.

Today was Montana’s first time at Dig it Dog Grooming, At first I was nervous to try a new groomer for her since she does get nervous & I get nervous myself! When I picked her up I was so happy with the outcome! Her fur is so soft, Seriously the best groomer! Steph is awesome! 100% recommend this place! Also want to add the great communication before even coming to this place! Very clean place! Wonderful staff.

Our pit bull was expelled from this business for being too "vocal" and as she is a puppy, that should be expected. The former times we used this establishment, we were told she is welcome back anytime. Very sad that places are so prejudice against pit bulls. Extremely disappointed, happy to take our business elsewhere!

I took my dog, Samson, there this morning. He had quarantine hair. And he's energetic and can be hard to groom. Bang up job! They were able to shave his hindquarters, trim his pads, and cut his nails. (The last time anyone was able to cut his nails was under anesthesia when he was neutered.) I would recommend them to anyone!

They messed up my dogs haircut when I told them HE ONLY HAS ONE MONTH OF LIFE LEFT left before we have to put him down.
He's gone here several times before and already had the instruction on his profile not to touch his head at all, just shorten the ears a tiny bit (if at all) tapered, and keep the test pretty long. Somewhere between the longest and second longest choices on their little board. I was told it wouldn't be cut shorter than the hair on his back, and she pulled a piece. It's much shorter than that all over, including his back. But it's inconsistent in length.

I'm highly disappointed. First and last appointment with them. My husband brought my sweet "Bear" into this place because it was the first place I could schedule her in for during covid 19. My dog cannot sit or walk she's in so much pain. I'm not sure what they did or what happened. She shivers just sitting that she won't even sit because she is in so much pain. She's been to the groomers 5 times and never had this problem. Something dramatic happen....she is not the same...

I truly wish I had read your response earlier because the customer is always right don't make it out to be you're company is hero in this situation. I really don't care my dog has found a great groomer at this point but from what I recall that was not at all how things went but thanks for taking the time to try to discredit my review !

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!I have brought my 3 dogs to dog it a couple times previously, but never felt like it was worth the price. I needed to bring them there in a pinch. I'm so regretful. My Morkie s haircut is good. My yorkie's haircut is ridiculous!!!!! I easily could have done a way better job and I've never groomed a dog. My Maltese's TONGUE WAS CUT Yes her tongue!!! What The Hell! We have had dogs that go in for grooming regularly for 18 years. I have never had such a bad experience EVER! By the time we got home her face was completely bloody!!! Seriously STAY AWAY!!!

We just had our first visit to Dig It and I couldn't be happier! They were able to squeeze in a last-minute request, and were all smiles and friendly faces when I dropped my dog off. When I came back, it was clear my dog had made a bunch of new friends! We got a bath, brush, nail trim, ear clean, and teeth cleaning. It took exactly two hours and he looks better than he's ever looked! Thanks so much!

I have a doodle, Trixie. She requires a full groom about every 10 weeks or so. It takes a long time and can be expensive. I had an excellent groomer, Erica, at PetSmart who gave Trix her very first groom as a puppy - and we saw her for about 3 years. She was incredibly popular, because she was so good - and over time it was really difficult to get appointments with her (because I am terrible about calling ahead to schedule). After several terrible grooming experiences by her co-workers, I decided to try my luck at a different shop which is how I found Dig it Dog.

Why has it taken me so long to review this gem?! Dare you to find a friendlier group of people!! We have three dogs and they all go here. One of ours, the little guy who has little guy syndrome will ONLY see Elliot! These two are best friends. It's hilarious! Our little guy has....issues, to put it mildly. He wasn't treated nicely before we got him. But Elliot, he just knows how to handle his weird behaviors. VIVA ELLIOT! The other two LOVE going here too. Beautiful work too, I mean, they know what they're doing. They also will let you know if they see potential skin/health issues
