This was our first time coming to this Groomer and had a great experience! My dog Kendall is a rescue and can be a bit apprehensive to new people but when we walked in the door we were greeted by warm and welcoming owners. Deb and Mike are great people, Mike (the Rescue Whisperer) was able to calm Kendall down before she went for a bath. Deb was super helpful and knowledgeable and they both absolutely love animals. Deb's scissoring skills are impeccable - I scheduled our 2nd visit on the spot. I live outside of the cities and will gladly make the drive to have courteous and professional service

This is a total bummer as I was really expecting great things when I found this pet grooming place on Yelp based on all of the great 5 star reviews. It was a traumatizing disappointment to say the least, for both me and my dog Molly.
When we arrived for our appointment for a nail trim, Molly was rushed onto a raised platform for the trim. The owners didn't even talk to her or greet her or ask for her name, no treats, nothing to calm her down. I brought my dog Lucy in today for shampoo, haircut and nail trim. It was our 1st visit and I am beyond thrilled. Not only does she look beautiful she smells wonderful to. I was also very happy with the owner… and her husband and how friendly they were. It's obvious that they are dog lovers and I will definitely bring her here again.

They are kind loving honest people..ive been with deb and Mike for many years I bring my 2 dogs to them for everything well for groomng that is lol..they love your animals like you do and they treat the animals that they work on like there own ..I recommend them and I promise you won't be let down..I love them and they've become family to me ..

Just had my dog, Violet, in for nail trimming here for the first time. Violet is a very shy and nervous pooch especially in new places. The owner and her husband both did a great job at making myself feel welcome and Violet comfortable during the whole process. I have never been to place where I got to stay with my dog, it was greatly appreciated!! We will definitely be coming back!

Wow. I’m speechless. For the past nine years of groomers and vets, my Sophie has needed a mussel, three people and 15 min for a nail trim. The vet has even suggested tranquilizers for her nail trims due to her screaming and reactions. Here it took two minutes and she only whines once towards the end. I immediately called my mom and my roommate to tell them they need to go here. Will be back for a husky grooming come spring!
