Have been with this credit union for years. The automated system is a joke as well as the online banking. I will be closing all lines of business. They never offered any incentives but a life insurance policy. I also bank with another credit union and will handle all my business there. I called to close account and have to make an appointment. The available times does not work with my schedule. Good Luck with them.

This the worst credit union ever I been with them for two years all I got from them is a loan . I will not recommend them to any one for no kind of service. The staff are rude and don’t help with account I regret opening a account with them I had to open a secondary bank don’t bank with them horrible

I've been a member since 1995 and was great banking here but as my credit score drop so did the help I receive. Now my score has went up to the fair range and I am still paying 16% interest on loans,and higher. My credit with HMFCU is 100% ,never have I been late or miss a payment, never. And they always make you feel like you have to purchase the
insurance on the loan. So I guess it doesn't matter if you have been with them 2 days or 24 years. And they say they are the PEOPLE'S CREDIT UNION, FUNNY.

I've been a member of this credit union 19 yrs. The service is wonderful. The cashier's r super wonderful. The loan dept. works well with u on ur loan needs. The credit union is over all excellent. I do have an issue with the credit union that has change some of my opinion about the credit union. I thought as long as u meet ur payments with the credit union u could always add r get more on a loan if u needed it. but clearly that's not the case with Houston metropolitan credit union. I'm meeting all my obligations with no problems. It seems as though it is trust issues. So yes my opinion really
