He was calm, professional, and offered me step-by-step instruction for resolving the fraudulent charges to my account. Additionally, he answered questions for my regarding information that I needed for my new home purchase.

Very helpful staff especially Crystal Loza. My card got hacked and fraudulent purchases we made to my acct. I was pretty bummed out that the transactions kept going through despite being over drawn but Crystal was soooo helpful and prompt in getting me back on track with my finances. She answered all my questions and kept me calm lol.

I absolutely love Space City Credit Union. From depositing a check to purchasing a car, they make the whole experience super easy. All the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful, and ensure customer satisfaction. Paula Newkirk has helped us buy two cars, a ranger, and a camper along with set up savings accounts for both our children. She has been our go to person for years and I can't imagine doing a large purchase without her assistance because she literally makes it effortless.

BUYER BEWARE: I have had the worst experience with Space City CU! They are quick to demand stuff but then sit on your issue. They give you false information and call you a liar. The manager, Paula, provides no solutions and instead tells you that you are out of luck. The only one that provided any assistance is Juan. You meet all their demands and then they wait 10 minutes before closing to contact you, right when they can no longer offer service. Take your business to other credit unions like First Service or Members choice or somewhere where they will really go above and beyond and find a solution

Our account with another credit union was merged into Space City without notice. They began charging account maintenance fees that our previous credit union did not, and then sent us the first statement (our only communication from them at all) showing the fee deductions after they had taken it from our account. Deceptive. I certainly recommend avoiding them and using one of the many reputable credit unions in the Houston area.
