Pat has been in the dental field since 1991. She has worked with Dr. Dawson since 2002 when he first opened his practice in Salisbury. Dr. Rick Dawson, a native of Salisbury, earned his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 1992. He continued his education at West Virginia University, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1996. Dr. Dawson returned to Salisbury in 1996 and there he began practicing in General Dentistry.
General dentistry encompasses a broad range of diseases and disorders of the oral and maxillofacial region. Everyone should see a general dentist for routine oral health examinations, twice-yearly cleanings, and treatment of routine oral health complications, such as minor tooth decay. General dentistry is as much about prevention as it is about treatment.
Our office is considered an "out-of-network" provider with all insurance plans. Most plans will reimburse our office directly. For those plans that pay us, you will be responsible only for your portion of the charges at the time of your visit. However, some plans will not make payment directly to our office.
