Hill Blueberry

My husband was here before he passed away . This place was Horrible. The nursing staff inattentive. I don't believe anyone is giving this place 5 stars . If I could rate a 0 I certainly would have. This place should be investigated and shut down .

The team in the Hale unit is great. They're very helpful and creative in dealing with dementia patients with behavioral issues. The facilities could use a face lift - painting and new furniture, hence the 4 star rating instead of 5. See beyond that though since the staff is very caring.

So, a lot has happened in the last 12 days of being here at Blueberry Hill. I don't know if they were in the process of hiring a cook or what but the food is much better than what I came into...The staff has been very supportive and I really ended up enjoying being here♥︎ Today is my last day and I think I'm going to miss this place and my favorite nurse in the mornings....

I ran a monthly program to bring the outdoors in for the clients at blueberry Hill. It was one of the most joyful experiences to see the reaction of the clients. Everything we did involves something to do with plants and this brought back many memories for everyone who had gardens themselves. It was a multi sensory experience. I could not have done this program without the help of the the staff. The recreational therapy department is highly engaged which I found heartwarming. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was invited and attended the program. They were also nurses and physical

Though no place is exactly home, and all places revolve staffing, I can honestly say this facility has improved a lot. They treat all their residents respectfully and with compassion. I visited here for many years and can vouch for their wonderful recreational dept and nursing staff!

I know Blueberry Hill as a clinician and I can say from personal "behind the scenes" experience the staff are amazing. There is a shared vision of caring, compassionate care for all the patients at Blueberry Hill. I would recommend This facility to anyone looking for skilled rehab or long term care.

I can't really say anything bad. The staff is outstanding.
My day nurse Hatty and afternoon nurse Abigail have been the best nurse I have had.
The DON June Clark has done an amazing job at making it a livable place for all that is there.
If asked where to go for long and short term care this Blueberry Hill is at the very top of the list.

I have enjoyed my stay at Blueberry Hill. The staff here has always been so helpful and accommodating. I have had a lot fun with the staff here while getting well. I enjoy listening to the music that they have come in to entertain us. I have grown fond of some of the nursing staff and will miss them all. I am doing so much better mentally and physically and cant thank the staff enough!

The staff at Blueberry Hill are terrific - caring, communicative, and invested in fostering a positive experience for every resident. The activities are creative and engaging, and everyone who works there really understands the importance of individualized, quality care!

I recently had a the scare of a lifetime. After a long ICU and hospital stay I had the pleasure of being care for at Blueberry Hill. While no one wants to spend time at a rehabilitation center I can say I would absolutely choose to return to Blueberry! The staff was so caring and thoughtful. I did become attached to a few that I will miss, and plan to visit often. I loved eating with everyone in the main dining room and the food was actually quite tasty.
