We are the second chapter of an amazing story. When we learned of the opportunity to buy the Soodles Bake Shop, indelible memories of personal and family struggles with food allergies moved us to act.

Our bakery is dedicated free of gluten, dairy, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, sesame, peanuts, and all tree nuts except coconut. Often we can eliminate other allergens, including corn, sorghum, flaxseed or rice flour when requested and given sufficient notice.
