My culinary journey, as well as my wife, Adrienne's, has been vast and has taken me all over this country. When I moved back to Columbus, Ohio in 2011, I wanted to have my own business again. I told Adrienne that I make great gluten-free bread and we both agreed that there was a real need for exceptional gluten-free bread and baked goods in the market.
Our dedication to being shockingly delicious and using the highest quality ingredients is backed by a shipping method to ensure that you receive fresh bread with a hearty shelf life (up to six months in the freezer). Tried their Mississippi Mud Cake...it was terrible. Hard on the bottom with little flavor. The middle marshmellow filling was fine. The top drizzled chocolate was not at all good. The nuts were good. I won't be trying this again.

So disappointing.

Great bakery, friendly people, but hard to find. Worth it once you figure out where they are. Highly recommend for gluten free bread and other items.

I have Celiac and I discovered Eban products at the Clintonville Farmer's Market. AMAZING! I love all of the breads. Best GF bread that I have tried. I also like the mudd cakes (I think that is the name) It's an amazing GF brownie with nuts and marshmallows on the top. I have also discovered that you can find the products now at the Lucky Market.

Beware when buying bread from Eban Bakery! If you open one of their products like the Oat Bread, and don't use the entire loaf at once, when you go to use some more the next day, the loaf crumbles.
The oat bread is not good for sandwiches as it crumbles no matter how long you have had it.
The products look good but are a mess when used!

I had the pleasure of visiting this small bakery in Grove City and meeting the owners. I am a vegan. I was thrilled to sample their coconut balls; a delicious mix of nuts, coconut and chocolate that really hit the spot without the butter and eggs in a traditional cookie.
Eban's niche is baking fresh, delicious gluten free breads and cookies. I'll be making their stuffing recipe this Thanksgiving! You can buy their products at Hills, the Clintonville Community Market and various farmer's markets around town.
Enjoy!
