Vickie joined the board in 2014, after retiring from working in the field of special education for over 34 years. She brings an understanding of organizational change, strategic planning, program development and use of data to make informed decisions. Not a bad place overall. People were nice and the new patient process was easier with more helpful staff than others. Seems family oriented. Scheduling is near impossible. As a new patient I had to wait weeks before an opening would work for my schedule multiple times. As a working professional trying to cope with work stress I shouldn't have to worry about missing work to attend sessions. Billing is archaic. To use electronic payment you have to call and have the person answering the phone manually process the payment. Get with the times.
