Everything we've tried here is very good. Their cookies are the best! The chocolate rosette is delicious and moist. It's always a hit when I bring them to work on potluck days. Make sure you order your cake online ahead of time as they only have the 6-inch cakes available in the store for walk-in orders.

I visited Frost Bake Shop for the first time this past Wednesday and the only reason I was disappointed was that they only serve cream cheese frosting. I wish they offered another option such as flavorful buttercream or whipped icings. The cookies were rather tasty and the staff was super sweet! They handled the busy line with ease.

Delicious , I had a salad for lunch n wanted something sweet. This was actually my first time in the establishment. As soon as I opened the door, I could smell sugar through my mask. So, I was really excited then.. I had a chocolate chip n pecan cookie, a sugar cookie, a lemon cookie and a gooey butter bar.
I usually take pictures of everything not 2day. I was distracted by the smell of sugar.. The chocolate chip pecan was my fav.. Its just a special cookie to me.. I liked all of my treats. I will definitely return. N with that being said, I can't be the only person who hasnt visited yet

My mother and I love this bake shop so much! I cannot get enough of the gooey strawberry cookies. I also love the confetti cupcakes and cookies. The gooey butter cookies are great as well! The customer service is great. Clean establishment! My mother loves the banana creme pie! I go here all the time when my sweet tooth kicks in! Sign up for the rewards program while you are here! This is a long overdue review. 3 years ago we were married at Graceland and wanted a unique wedding cake that represented both of our personalities. Frost took our vision and 100% nailed this cake for us. The cake was delicious and we cannot wait to ask Frost to recreate this for us on our 5th anniversary!

I decided to visit Frost Bake Shop to get a birthday cake for my dad. After waiting since 10:40 for the store to open at 11, I was hoping to get a beautiful cake. However, this is what I ended up with. The cake looks horrendous and I paid $43.90 for it. I am highly disappointed and will never be back! I advise anyone who sees my review to save your money and time and go elsewhere! Walmart probably would have been a better option than this!

I got a chocolate cake for my son's first birthday, and it was by far the best chocolate cake I've had in my life. I bake a lot myself, and I could not believe how perfectly the cake was cooked and how moist it was. Everyone raved about it. I've also had cupcakes from frost, and they're great too. So happy with my purchase!

The Memphis Cream Cake is a winner. It's a banana and nut cake with peanut butter flavored icing drizzled with ganache. So good. I like the cupcakes best because they are just the right size and not too much icing, which is way sweet. The cupcakes in any flavor are perfect for entertaining when you don't want to have just one flavor of cake. I really haven't had a bad flavor yet. Treat yourself. You will be glad you did!

Grabbed a chocolate silk pie from Frost to take home. Pie is excellent. The cream and the filling were both very fresh. The pie itself was so substantial that it last led two of us more than a week and still tasted as good as on the first day.
This pie is an excellent quarantine treat for people who like chocolate.

Anytime I venture back to Memphis, I will endeavor to make a stop (or three) to this shop. The toasted marshmallow frosting shot with an oatmeal raisin cookie was to die for. I am OBSESSED with the Memphis cupcake. It is heavenly. And the girls working there were super sweet! Thanks for a great experience and great dessert!

First off let me start by saying this was my first experience with this bakery. I needed a cake at the last minute for my daughters 19th birthday, and Frost didn't disappoint. I went in early on Saturday morning ( same day as the event ) and was able to purchase a cake along with having it spot decorated. I don't recall the name of the lady who helped but she was super nice!

Frost treated us very well when I was looking for a place to make my wedding cake. We met with the Wedding and Special Events Coordinator and she offered us a tasting of their vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate mini cupcakes and she reviewed the basic options and pricing structure.
We found the consultation organized and very informative. However, when she mentioned that they start wedding cakes a few days in advance of the wedding day and freeze them, I knew that I wouldn't be using them. We were looking for a fresh cake for the day.
