After hours maintenance doesn't even answer the phone. This place is too expensive for how little they take care of residents. If I could leave, I would. Property manager lives on-site but could care less to help a tenant in need. Spent hundreds on a locksmith when all he had to do was walk down 200 ft and open my door. Find somewhere better to live. Some place that actually cares about its tenants.

Parc is a beautiful and well maintained property! The leasing office staff is very responsive and always resolves any issues or concerns within a timely matter. Orlando as well as his team are amazing! I would 10/10 recommend living here if you are looking for a place that is within a walkable distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

My husband and I loved living at this complex! All the residents are very friendly, and the complex itself is also dog friendly. The grounds are beautifully unkept and the style of the complex is very modern but homey. If I could change one thing, it would be the available storage within the units. There isn't a lot of space to store personal belongings but that's my only complaint. Would definitely live here again!

The office closed at 530 pm... and I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment. They required me to hire a locksmith to unlock my door which could of been unlocked by an emergency personnel. Since it's a "smart" lock I was charge 150 for the service where a personnel with a key could just unlocked for me.. for free.

Pros: We have lived here for 4 years. Close to Pruneyard and downtown Campbell. Nice landscaping. Remodeled units. I have a pit bull mix who is a sweetheart and the Pruneyard was the only place that would accept him.
Cons: Very little storage. Only one parking space and your covered parking hardly cover your car.

I've lived here for 2 years. I love this apartment. Living here like relaxing in a resort every day. The courtyards are full of plants and flowers. The room is nice. It has air conditions/heaters in separate rooms; I think it works a lot. And there is a built-in water filter, and I can drink water from the refrigerator in my room. It's very convenient.

Decent unit but a disappointing move-out experience. Stiffed on my security deposit return for not cleaning to a "professional" level, despite Parc's own failure to provide a move-out inspection after written request (and several hours sacrificed scrubbing floors and countertops). No response from the office to several of my email inquiries. And after 5+ months, still no sign of the receipts they promised to provide for the $250+ stove grates that they felt weren't spotless enough and needed replacing, among other "damages".

I am so incredibly happy and grateful to live here at The Parc at Pruneyard! First, one bedroom apartment is so spacious! The open concept living room and kitchen gives you so much space and options on how you would prefer to furnish. The bedroom and bathroom are also extremely spacious, a king size bed would fit no problem and you would still have so much extra space. The renovations are gorgeous and I am in love with the kitchen... a 5 top gas range...water and ice maker in the fridge...counterspace galore, it is a dream come true, especially for an apartment.

Orlando was really helpful and followed up with us about this issue. He actually spent some real time to solve this and went over the entire refund details to make sure we are clear about the charges and refund us a decent portion of our deposit. We really appreciate your time and help.

I recently toured the property with my friends and the experience was beyond fantastic!! They really made us feel like home and were very helpful with the application process from beginning to an end.
The apartment and the community are top-notch. I love how spacious the kitchen is. Plus, the dog park is everything! It is so convenient to walk the dog during break time and doesn’t have to go too far from the apartment. I love the community here. The location, the amenities, the management team...Everything is great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new apartment

I applied for an apartment with this organization. I was approved but ultimately turned down the offer due to the circumstances outside of both myself and this establishment's control. Orlando the manager was very very helpful at making sure all my documentation was taken care of. He went above and beyond. He did not need to do this and I am very grateful for his services, very professional.

My husband and I lived at the Parc for a year. We honestly loved every aspect of it! The dog park was a great amenity and you meet the greatest people there! We had a few maintenance issues during the year but they were all responded to and solved in a very quick manner. The AC units were also incredible during the hot summer. It kept the place so cool! I definitely recommend living here and being able to walk downtown and to the Pruneyard were added bonuses.

We moved into the Parc at Pruneyard in July 2019 and the leasing office did a wonderful job showing us around the complex. They explained and answered any questions we had and were very pleasant to work with. We are so happy we were able to find a location that was walkable to downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard, while also having easy access to Highway 17 / 880 and route 85. This complex also has very nice amenities and is pet friendly.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with The Parc leasing office! The reason why I choose this place from other places is that the staff made me feel at home, even though I am not from here! Why I like living here is the atmosphere of the place. There is a long green path around the complex where I like to go for a walk. This is nice quiet place where I can relax next to the pool or next to the bbq. I would even say that I enjoy more work from home then before :)

Have been living here for a year now and I really like the property. The apartment is clean and beautifully renovated. I love the flooring, countertops and cabinets they have installed. It looks modern and clean. And the materials are not cheap kind like some other renovated apartments. The bedroom and bathroom have plenty of space so you don't feel crammed. What I also enjoy are the club house and the dog park. The club house has many amenities for the residents and it's always clean and smells nice. The package locker is great for people that likes to shop online; you know your packages

I have been having a great experience with the new Management, Orlando. The property is always spotless, and the residents are friendly. The amenities offered at this property are great! I love the big pool with plenty space, the gym is clean, and most importantly, the private and secure doggy park is the best! Love taking my dog off leash at any time of the day, a big reason why I moved here.
Location is great too! Top Bay Area restaurants and bars a few steps away, and not to mention a Trader Joe's walking distance.

Good location but way overpriced. My dog was attacked and the dog park. The neighbors have chronically barking dogs and management does nothing. Most renters are short term and don't care. The walls are paper thin. Think of motel 6 with a nice kitchen. Also they will steal your deposit for damage their contractors cause. Stay away. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I've been loving my one bedroom apartment for a little over a month now! The facility is brand new with a huge pool, hot-tub, bbq/outdoor entertainment area, two dog parks and the apartments are brand new! What more could you want? Not to mention the staff is extremely friendly and eager to help with any moving pains.

Don't waste your time applying here. We applied and it took them 2 weeks to send us a letter of rejection asking for more money as a deposit, even though we have stellar credit, rental history, and income. They're very friendly, but are scam artists. I've applied for 3 apartments before and have always seen an acceptance within 1-2 days.
They made us send the same pay stubs and apartment ledger multiple times over the course of the 2 weeks. They were reluctant to do any work and made us constantly call their verification company to resend these documents. I'm not sure if they

I am now in the newly completed building and it is GORGEOUS and super quiet / peaceful. Again, Staci and her crew made the move within the complex as painless as possible and were very accommodating. Any issues that come up are handled quickly and professionally. The new apartments have great insulation and the appliances are top notch... all stainless steel - the 5 burner gas stove is my favorite! The apartments are large, having the open floor plan really helpedto open things up as they are much brighter inside. They have hardwood floors throughout and the color palate is interesting

I really liked it, but the rent was $2700 for a 1 bedroom. i didnt get approved. the real nice thing about this place is it has no breed restrictions. after looking around, i found another apartment , lg creek apartments, that also has no breed restrictions and a 2bd1bath or 2bd2bath was actually cheaper. and they approved me in less then a day. I'm kind of miffed that employees of this complex are posting reviews on Facebook.

Horrible experience living here. I moved from a one bedroom in the community to a two bedroom. The two bedroom buildings have had numerous floods from a busted pipe before I moved in. My apartment smelled of mold so renovations were done in the bathroom. The floor was rotted. During renovations maintenance came in to repair the popcorn ceiling in the master bedroom. Unfortunately they decided to remove the entire popcorn part of the ceiling without using an abatement company. We lived in there for a few days after. I finally called to ask if an abatement company did the ceiling because I kept finding
