Extremely happy with moving to Orchard City Lofts.
Bay area rents are brutal and Orchard City Lofts is far from the cheapest but offers a number of uncommon amenities that make it feel closer to a home or condo experience. It's not easy to find another apartment where every unit has it's own 1-2 car garage and true central ac/heat. The double entryway makes for a much more private experience.
The location is also fantastic with easy walking distance to downtown Campbell and the pruneyard in a very quiet, safe neighborhood.
Management and maintence is very responsive to email more so than phone
