Eric at CHM worked with us to get the mortgage on our first home last year. He was unbelievably helpful in answering the MANY questions we had as first time home buyers. And he made the complicated process of getting a mortgage very easy by taking it step by step and explaining all the options along the way. In the 18 months since, he has proactively sought out better deals for us and we have now refinanced TWICE with him. We didn't have to do anything. He just found us better deals that made sense for our situation and called us up to let us know the options. He's saved us a ton of money a month
