I WAS IN A TOUGH SPOT WITH GETTING A LOAN BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CREDIT THAT I HAD. i SPOKE TO MANY LENDERS WHO HAD LET ME KNOW THAT WITHOUT AT LEAST 3 LINES OF CREDIT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET A MORTGAGE. My Wife and I recently purchased a home in Lynn and Drew mortgage helped us get the loan. The process was so easy compare to other mortgage companies or banks who require a million documents, plus because it was an investment property we needed to come up with 25% down, which we didn’t have, but Paul Sapienza was able to find a program where we only needed 20%. I have used Paul exclusively for all of my mortgage needs over the past 10 years. I was introduced to Paul many year's ago through a mutual friend and have never looked back. Paul has helped me creatively work through many situations given his knowledge of the industry and the many loan offerings at his disposal. I just closed on a house today with Drew Mortgage. This is my first home, and as you can imagine/relate there is a lot of stress that comes along with that. I have been renting for quite sometime and was not happy with the property management at my current location. So, I decided it would be best for me to invest my money in a home instead of a sub-par apartment complex and with roughly a month left before my lease expired on my current apartment and rent being raised, the hunt began. These people are very unprofessional and rude. They called our house at 8 pm then would not stop talking for 3 minutes. After the person realized they weren't going to make a "sale", they hung up on us. All these people do is call all day long hoping to find some poor unsuspecting person to take advantage of.

Terrible customer service with INCREDIBLY slow response time. I was confused and felt that I had to contact them all the time to try to get the process moving. I would never suggest anyone go here to buy a home. They also made promises they could not keep. I was disgusted with the level of professionalism and cannot wait to refinance with another mortgage company.

As a first time home buyer, I could not be more pleased with my experience at Drew Mortgage. After being misinformed by a local credit union about eligibility for a city funded program, Mark Mohamed at Drew Mortgage on Rt 9 in Shrewsbury, MA saved the day! Granted I had gathered most of my information for my previous mortgage attempt (with the credit union), Mark made the transition as painless as possible. With only a few additional documents to procure, my financing with Drew Mortgage was processed in an extraordinarily timely manner.

We engaged these folks to refinance our existing mortgage in August of 2010. We filled out copious amounts of paperwork and submitted all documentatation as soon as it was requested. It's now November, and we haven't heard anything from them for three weeks.
*UPDATE* Upon sending a certified letter, Drew Mortgage replied immediately with a closing date, and all was as promised originally three months prior. While it worked out well, I cannot say I am happy with HOW it was resolved. I probably would steer clear of Drew if we decided to refinance again in the futre.
