We had a great experience working with Tracey Punzone. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She did everything she could in her power to help us. We just closed our New construction house in Florida with Korey Dye as our Realtor. He is very Professional, hands-on on key areas of the process, and has made sure he is present in meetings and walkthroughs until closing. I want to start by saying when my wife came to me saying she found an agent that would only take 1.5% I was immediately skeptical. What was the catch? How am I going to get cheated? She convinced me to sit down with Korey Dye, who is the utmost professional and handled a skeptic like me with precision. He was able to change my perception quickly by showing me the facts and showing me that he was going to handle my property just as well someone taking 3%. Ultimately, he did better than someone that would take 3%. He was always there when we needed him, especially those days after those long sleepless

We first met with Tawnya who was very helpful. When we found a listing we wanted to see Tawnya had to pass us onto Tracey due to travel plans. Tracey is fantastic and by far the best Realtor I’ve had over the 6 experiences I’ve had real estate wise. Just so helpful in all ways and incredibly responsive as well as knowledgeable. She brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to the deal. There was nothing she couldn’t help us with. And where we ran short on experience she made sure all of our interests were covered. Highly recommend both of the realtors.
