Spoke with Mr. Kings secretary who was incredible curt. The move in prices were outrageous. A $100 application fee that doesn't even go towards your rent if you are accepted, 3 times the rent (in this case $3750), and a pet deposit, which wasn't unexpected, but was HALF the rent for my 20 lb dog which racked up another whopping $625. No wonder that house is still empty.
