Whenever there was a home repair needed, she alerted me ASAP and has a reliable and fair cadre of handymen and “Go To” fix it vendors.
When it was time to sell the Venetian Villa, Joelene walked me through the process and transfer to the new home owner. She worked hard and obtained the best price!

Annette and the staff seems to be very professional and assured me that they were a small company and they knew all of their renters and owners. The house was great, we enjoyed our week and left the house as we entered it. I thought all was fine until now. They won't answer my calls, emails or texts about getting my deposit of $500 back. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to communicate and nothing. We live in Virginia and am not sure what to do next.

We have been working with Jolene for about 4 years and are very happy with her and Sunburst. We had the air go out in our house during August with renters in the house and she took care of everything. The renters were compensated for 2 days while a new and very reasonably priced air unit was installed.
She is very personable and is always happy to help.

This Company is a joke. And even more specifically, DON"T under any circumstances deal with Jolene. She has no clue what she is doing...misses appointments, forgets details and then has to tell fibs to extricate herself from the problems she creates. I wasted 6 months of precious time, due to dealing with her.
I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your real estate needs. Anywhere else would be an improvement.

This Property Management company is all about the money. They will do their best and suceed at retaining your earnest money deposit. They do not do their work at providing service to their tenants (inspecting property, securing property, providing receipts for claimed expenses, etc). If you want a respectable service, look for another company.
