I lived here from August 2020 to 2021 in a 2 bedroom apartment. I never got to use the clubhouse because it was always locked, I used the pool twice but once again it was locked, when I asked how to get in I was ignored (by Cathy, this foreshadowed future events I’ll get into below) I do not recommend living here. When I moved in there was sitting, brown water in the dishwasher, grease peeling from the stove hood, a very dirty oven, disgusting showers that literally had hair from the previous tenant in them, a broken sliding door to the balcony, ROACHES, electrical outlets missing, and a brown

The staff members and manager are rude and unprofessional. 1. They started to yell at me when they did not have reasonable explanations 2. I referred a friend to this property since they promised to give me the referral bonus. But they refused to pay the bonus later since they said there is no evidence that they made the promise. In conclusion, living in Peppermill was a TERRIBLE experience and I will NEVER choose here again.

It's nothing fancy but I personally think it's a pretty cute little place for me and my pets to live. Good location. Within a half a mile of a park and within a mile of Payless. I've only had to submit one maintenance request but they came almost immediately. There's also a discount for being associated with Purdue!

This was the worst apartment complex I have lived in. Here is the list of problems I had:
- the apartment was not cleaned at all when I moved in.
- The wood cabinets under the bathroom and kitchen sinks had rotted.
- The bathroom flooring didn’t actually cover all of the floor.
- The apartment smelled like a dungeon no matter how much I cleaned it.
- There was mold in the bathroom and in the dishwasher.
- The windows were often fixed with packing tape.
- They have contractors

Best apartments for the graduate student community. The Apartments are bit old but decently maintained. The maintenance and staff are very friendly.
3Bed 2.5Th for 1100$ is a steal considering the unit area. The apartment has decent gym and good swimming pool. Two bus routes to campus 1B and 10, that stops right infront of the apartment is very convenient. Grocery stores are also 10 mins walk(payless and Walmart). Overall, very happy with the Apartments.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet and convenient location. Nice, beautiful and spacious apartments. Very helpful and responsive staff. Respectful neighbors. Easy and abundant parking. Close to bus stops and many stores. Most importantly, quite affordable. One of the best places I have lived at in the area.
