I am brand new to Nevada after moving here from New York and I had to find a dentist. Happily I found wigwam dental care, they are the nicest and best dentist I’ve ever had. From the moment you get into the office until you leave the people treat you with friendship kindness and respect. My first visit visit was for an emergency which I took care of right away the day after I called them. I won hundred percent whole heartedly recommended this practice. My husband and daughter had appointments in December. When the arrived at the office, it was closed. We did not receive any call to reschedule the appointment or notification that they would be closed. When he called the next week to make a new appointment, they didn't seem to care that he wasn't notified that the office would be closed. In March they called to cancel the appointment. In April he was given an appointment for 8:45 AM and the office called the day before the appointment to confirm the date and time. I’m a patient of Dr.Ellen Piyevsky, for at list 10 years. Between me and my 2 children, the visits where in tremendous numbers. This office it’s for us, the most comfortable from all Dr.offices we head to visit all those years, for all kind of medical needs!
Professional with most “up to date” medical techniques , Immaculate and safe ( regarding the Corona Virus)with extremely friendly and competent stuff.

I have been a patient for 16years. And have always referred wigwam dental. Something changed and I will no longer refer anyone here. You have lost a patient, if you care at all.

Dr. Ellen is great. But it is unacceptable to have made an appointment for 1-2021, back in 10-2020 and it needs to be rescheduled. I have already waited Nov and Dec. Then I was texted, not even called, to change the appointment . When I called the appointment moved to 3-2021. Very disappointed with patient care.

The dentist was great but some of the staff was short with us. Not kind on the phone at all.

The staff here is very rude. No polite customer service at all. They are not accomidating and seemed to be short&pushy. Matter of fact I will be seeking a new dentist for the lady I work for. I am a care taker for someone that has been going to this place for quite some time. She has also agreed to relocate. Good luck.

I see the review issues pertaining to timelines. It would appear they have fixed this issue. Ive been here three times now and have had no issues getting in on time. Dr. Joshua Espejo is the best! I needed three fillings and was nervous about the numbing shots. He accomplished them literally without pain! I even had him do one without the surface numbing agent and still could not feel his needle! His technique and professional staff members made my day!

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming here. Worst wait time ever and I have lived in Vegas for 18 years and have had to wait at a lot of medical offices over the years. Be prepared to be told that you will have to wait because the dentist is behind or they will ask you if they can reschedule you for another day. No thanks! Find another dentist and don't waste your time here. What a joke! I usually don't leave reviews but this is the third time this has happened to me at this dentist office.... 3 strikes, you're out!

Dr. Ellen and Sabina are wonderful. The problem is getting in to see them. I made an appointment for 1:00, when they called to confirm they had changed it to 2:15. When I got to the office I was told, "your appointment isn't until 2:45 and the doctor is running about an hour behind." I left and found another dentist.

It's 8:48 am and they are still closed. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I'm sitting outside with a few other people waiting for them to open. What a joke.
Update: receptionist arrived at 8:52 am only to give keys to the girl waiting in her car next to me who I thought was another patient but was actually an employee. Once we walk in she tells us the rest of us the hygienist cancelled. Clearly she could have told us over 20 minutes ago instead of making us wait. Needless to say I stormed out. My husband and I have been going there for years so time to find another office.

Came here Friday on November 2nd, and whoever flossed my teeth before the dental hygienist came in, literally destroyed my gums!!! It's now Tuesday and my whole mouth is still super sore and stinging. The lady jammed the floss in between my teeth and when she polished my teeth she kept polishing my gums. When she was done, I could literally taste lots of blood in my mouth and my teeth were throbbing!!!! I think I'm going to look for a different dentist cause I'm a little scared to go back. Worst experience I've ever had at the dentist!!!

Worst dentist office in Nevada by far! Dental hygienist assistant was awful and rough, not thorough on cleaning. They also tried to say I needed a procedure done that I already had at another dental office just to try to get more money for an implant procedure. Cancelled an appointment and they said I owe a 35 dollar fee! Never again! Do not go to these scammers! All they want is money! 4 thousand for one implant?! And 35 for one cancellation?! I have been going to Wigwam Dental for years. In my opinion they're the best in the Vegas area. They totally take care of us and I have never had one problem with them. Their staff is amazing and very kind-hearted people that care

This dentist is horrible! Especially for cosmetic dentist.. implants especially. . The dentist here is not nice at all. No bed side manner.. i do not recommend this office.
They do implants but during the process,the dentist and her assistant are arguing with eachother lol.
The dentist dropped my implant and picked it up . Wow it cracked (I payed 3 thousand for it) so she complains somehow the tooth implant was,cracked!?? She dropped it.. hmmmm??
Needles to say I waited,another week and she ordered a new one.. but please don't go here... this dentist office is a nightmare

The office manager who handles billing is incompetent when it comes to handling claims. She doesn't file them with insurance, she won't return phone calls, and doesn't do her job. So unless you like to pay out of pocket, instead of using your hard earned insurance, don't go to Wigwam Dental.
The billing situation is unfortunate because Madonna is an excellent hygienist; thorough, educated and simply lovely.

Update: My basic cleaning is covered by my insurance, but after numerous calls to the office manager (who I was referred to for billing) she would not submit the claim

I was still experiencing pain from the bridge and had to go to another dentist to have it adjusted. I am no longer comfortable going in wigwam dental after the office manager got in a yelling match over the additional charges. It cost me another $107 to adjust the bite. I'm pretty sure dr. Ellen. Barged my insurance on Monday to adjust it as well.

Also, this other office found it odd I was paying out of pocket for temporary crowns or bridges in the first place. They said normally that is part of the overall cost of the a bridge or crown itself. They said the prepare the tooth and place a
