I can honestly say that Acadia National Mortgage is one of the few authentic 'good guys' in the business. Having worked with them for years, I have seen Acadia put the customer first -- over and over and over again. The 'big fish' are all about automation, efficiency - and far too many show by their behavior that they value profits over people.
