My wife and I recently refinanced and used Keegan Mortgage to navigate the process. About 6 years ago, we purchased the home using Keegan as our broker.
Steve Matthews was wonderful for both settlements, especially the recent refinancing. Steve was very patient with our questions as well as being at great teacher. He streamlined the process such that it was smooth and quick.

This review is long overdue. I found Steve on Yelp in December just after the fed raised interest rates. My wife and I wanted to buy a new home and fast. I contacted Steve and right away he put my mind at ease, which is not a small feat. He explained the different options, conventional, FHA, borrower PMI, Lender PMI, etc. and put no pressure on me what so ever. He also was extremely efficient and knowledgeable with regards to estimated closing costs and quick with advice on how to save money on things like title insurance and homeowners insurance.
