Services
Safe Haven Computers was founded in 1998 in Raritan, New Jersey with one simple mission: to help small businesses with their technology-related needs. A computer aficionado since the 1970s, Frank Senkewicz knew many small businesses needed assistance that just wasn't readily available to them in the way it was for individuals - who could go to computer stores for assistance - and corporations - which had their own IT departments.
Safe Haven Computers specializes in helping small businesses with all their technological needs. Our employees know computers and technology systems and create solutions tailored to your company, whether that means building a strong network or setting up cloud services. We select the right tools for your business, and we can come onsite to your office or work with you via remote support.
Safe Haven Computers knows how to design and build customized technological solutions for small businesses. We work with business owners to determine their needs and create reliable hardware with compatible software able to support a protected network. Our expert technicians keep best practices and your business' security in mind as they design and install your company's network.
Whether you run a construction company or a doctor's office, your primary goals are to serve your clients and to protect your bottom line. You shouldn't have to worry about how fast (or slow) your network is or whether your computers have reliable hardware - and that's where Safe Haven Computers comes in.
Need a new computer or help setting up your network at home? Safe Haven Computers' services also extend to cover the needs of individuals and families. Our storefront in Raritan, New Jersey has been around for as long as our business, and our philosophy of providing safe, secure and reliable assistance applies here as well!

Excellent service, attention, professionalism. I could use so many other positive qualifications. Safe Haven has been my go to place to fix my PC/Mac and solve all my software issues since 2009. I strongly recommend them because compared to other major stores, they consistently have been reliable. Thank you so much!

One morning quite a few weeks ago I woke up to a catastrophic failure on my HP computer. It was obvious that something had "died" and that something turned out to be the hard drive (RIP). I reached out to a techie friend and he texted me the link to Safe Haven, encouraging me to go with a local company. After speaking with Vic, I brought the computer into the store and, although Vic was able to get it operating in safe mode, there didn't seem to be much sense in trying to fix it. Vic spent lots of time explaining the problem and cost. The solution, of course, was to replace it. Fortunately, Vic

I dropped off a relatively new laptop from Costco that suddenly stopped working. I paid the inspection fee and they worked on it for several days. After finding no complete resolution but having suspicions of certain hardware issues, they took it upon themselves to check the warranty status. Since it was still covered by HP, they spoke with me and we agreed to ship to HP for repairs. Less than 10 days later it was back and fixed. No additional fees for handling the shipping and discussions with HP. Very professional and quick. Well worth the inspection fee for both piece of mind (that I didn’t

Last week when my laptop stopped working I decided to bring it here instead of bestbuy and I was not disappointed. They were able to see help me right away when I walked in and ran some diagnostics. Turns out it was some busted hardware from the age of the computer; but the advice I was given was to buy a cheap adapter rather than have them service the laptop (since I was looking to replace the computer in the near future anyway). I'm glad they were able to help me diagnose the problem and give me the cheapest solution possible. Would definitely recommend getting the personal touch here over Geek

I cannot say enough of how great they handled me during the pandemic. I was stuck not being able to get it. Working on my computer and giving me Windows 10. Spencer and the group helped me get back to normal and can't thank them enough. If you have anything spread the word they are reasonable, personable and knowledgeable. Clearly the things you need for equipment. I will not go anywhere else, they are true to their word and work. Thank you all.

Excellent computer center in beautiful downtown Raritan. They solved my problem quickly with the best cost effective method, showing me their clients come first. Forget about Best Buy and those chains, support your local businesses and get more for your money.

I had to purchase a new PC this past week and did not want to go to a big box store. Sometimes I feel like when I leave one I'm more confused that when I went in. I don't know too much about the technical aspects of a computer; I just know what I use and what I need. However that ended when I went to Safe Haven and talked to Drew. He explained EVERYTHING in a way I understood, built my new PC, transferred my data and has answered all of my questions with a quick turn-around time which made it totally painless. Drew went above and beyond. I highly recommend Safe Haven and can't say enough about

Would give 6 stars if I could. The guys here know what they're doing and will find a solution for you no matter what. They charge reasonable prices and are incredibly flexible to work out issues if they arise.
I brought in a self-built pc with an intermittent issue regarding it powering on, and they took the challenge and worked nonstop to take it apart and test each individual component until they found the culprit. Most places refuse to even work on self-built computers. They even cleaned everything when they put it back together. They're passionate about their work and do what it takes to get

Terrible customer service and ridiculously long fix times. If there is one thing I can stress, it is terrible management and customer service.
After waiting a week for them to run "diagnostic tests" on my computer, I called to see what was wrong with my computer. However, they informed me that my laptop was disassembled and the technician responsible for fixing it had been "really sick the whole week before." After waiting another week (just to find the problem), SH informed me that my harddrive was broken and my files would be lost. However, this was not the case, as I could
