Angel called and said he would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived and within 45 minutes I had a gorgeous window that made the room perfect. I had a situation where their was a disagreement on the amount charged. Logan the General Manager called and was very concerned and they refunded me the amount that was over the amount agreed. I am giving them 5 stars because anyone can make a mistake or have an honest miscommunication, however, if they make it right they get bonus points!

The BEST! The entire staff is so sweet and extremely helpful. They helped me schedule my appointment and file a claim with my insurance. The technician (I hope that’s the right term) was so friendly and my windshield was installed and calibrated super quick! Everyone is super personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you everyone! :)

We experienced great service from Universal Auto Glass. Logan helped us out and she was fantastic. Although we haven't seen the completed work yet, we have nothing but the highest expectations for Universal Auto Glass. We will post an updated review after the work is completed. We completely recommend this business to anyone needing to process an insurance claim! They will work with you every single day that the claim is being processed and give you updates. I unfortunately did not have a good experience... 3 missed appointments at 4 hrs ea...2 appointments made 1 with the wrong glass for the door. another made with a scratched glass... Logan the "supervisor" gave me $100 off and set up a new appt... they showed up on time with another scratch on yet another window . This started in April... Ended July 17th... All of my hours of waiting and wasting my time... I guess everyone's time is free right? Still have to pay $140 for the work... The techs are great but the customer service is horrible I do not recommend...

Second time using Universal Auto Glass in a five year period. Very pleased with their service from start to finish. Prompt, on-time, efficient, does what they say they are going to, and follows-up. Turns out that the wrong windshield was put on my car, which was discovered after the rain sensor would not stay attached to the interior side. Universal sent someone out a few days later to remedy the situation. They ended up replacing my front windshield again a week later with another new windshield that was correct for my car. Mobile Service, Great employees, on the phone and in the field. Highly
