They are not lovely nails what's so ever. I need to get my acrylics off so i asked can I get my nails soaked off. I told them I have sensitive hands and they still proceeded RIP of the acrylic nails. I was literally in pain and she knew it. After I left I had to soak my both hands in ice water because my nails were throbbing in pain. Till this day I have holes and cuts in my nails. Save your money and your nails and don't go to them.

I went to this salon for the first time this past Saturday. I was the only customer at the time. I got a gel manicure. In the past, Ive been able to go 3 weeks before I notice the gel top coat or polish starting to show signs of wear. My last gel manicure lasted me almost a month and while the polish was chipping here and there, the gel top coat was intact and my polish was shiny. In 3 days time, the gel from this manicure is already starting to wear off. My nails look half shiny and half matte. I am not rough with my hands nor do I do anything that would cause this break down. Upon closer look

There are mixed feelings about this place and here is why:
I started coming a long time ago even before my son was born and use to love it. I then switched to a place in dale Mabry which is truly amazing except is getting a hassle to drive all the way there specially when I have to go after work during week day evenings.
Linda, she is my go to. She is so sweet! And is always so perfectionist. It is already my third time with her and I've even lasted 4 weeks before having to come back! She is a pro and I will always go to her.
The only reason why I'm not given it a 5 star is because

Like any other nail salon they really push you to upgrade, get add ons etc. like $5 extra for callous removal, do you want a mani with that pedi, how about an eyebrow wax?
My mani pedi looks great although I spent way more than I had intended to. Also I wish that my toe nails had been cut back slightly more, I had asked them to cut them as short as they could! Overall not the best place I've been but not bad either.

I went here for an acrylic fill and gel color, no design - nothing fancy. Their website advertises $15 for a fill, which is pretty typical (usually $15-20 I'm used to). I understand that gel color costs extra but, $20 extra?! My fill with gel color was $35 before tip. I just did not think it was worth it. They didn't cut my cuticles, no cuticle oil applied - there was just NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. The polish looks sloppy in some areas. I will not be returning there. Overpriced for the services they are rendering. Better quality and attention to detail would justify higher pricing but,

I walked into this place REALLY wanting to love it. As soon as you walk in you feel at home. There is a nice bustle about the place- which is a great sign! A constant swinging of the door, if you will. The gentle music is playing a little louder than most places but I enjoyed it because it really reminds you to relax.
I was greeted by an older lady sitting down at the counter and I got the usual "pick your color" after I told her I wanted a pedicure. I searched around and found one of my go-to colors- peachy pink.

First time here, I had an acrylic refill with Kim, she is amazing, takes her time, very meticulous, friendly. Finally i found a good nail tech. I just moved from Orlando, this is the 5th place i go, there others were, rushing, patching and just pretending they didnt understand what i was asking for, sounds familiar right? Well Kim did nails 5 stars. Thanks kim
