I recently bought a State Line Co bike online and needed the bike to be assembled as I found out it’s not as easy as it looks, and did not have proper tools. I looked online and found the Bike Shop. It was a quick turn around and service was great. Awesome experience!

I called twice before going there to see if they had a part
For my bike, they told me yes if not they could order it. Drove 30 to get there and they told me they did not have it and they couldnt order it. WHATTT!! Couldnt you told me that over the phone!! They didnt even bother to check my bike to see if maybe it was something else.
Do NOT go there! Save yourself the trouble.

Aside from basic maintenance and repairing flat tires, I do not recommend this place. I went in for a fork install and the bearings in the headset were replaced upside down which caused major issues after one ride as well as more cost to repair. The back tire was reattached with the tread facing the wrong direction of travel. I was called and told my bike was ready only to arrive and find out they had mistaken it for a similar model with the same make. I’ve been going here for some time now, when other bike shops are refusing to take your bike because it wasn’t purchased there, the owner gladly appreciates your business. Two bikes later no issues and still a returning customer. Thank guys!

Popped in because my chain kept dropping! Clay and the staff wrench assessed what was going on quickly installed a new chain and adjusted while I rambled on and they listened intently! Excellent work on the fly and they didn't want a fortune! These guys are cool!

***BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING A BIKE HERE*** I bought a Kona Rove bike from this shop. My bike was stolen a week ago and the owner/manager has been such a huge disappointment with providing any type of help for information with the serial number, warranty info or anything which i needed the most since i found the bike but needed the serial number to… get it back. He stated he doesn’t keep his “files” at the store, but at home. Then he said they are in a storage. He has no longer been responsive to any of my inquiries. I will never purchase another bike from this shop as he

I just bought a Fuji Adventure from the guys here. I did a warm up ride of about five miles. bike is great.
Strava had my last ride as 2 years ago. So I guess not all that bad.
Everyone needs to buy their bike and accessories from this shop.
They're local and very knowledgeable on product and repairs if and when they're needed.

Traveling out of town with work and ended up in SA for a nine week course. Jacked up my bike on the 2,250 mile drive from WA. These guys fixed me up and kept me on the road during my schooling. Cycling is what… keeps me sane so I’m super appreciative of how workable and easy it was to get my bike back on the road thanks to San Antonio Bike Shop. 5 ⭐️s, highly recommend! They even took the time to show me how to use the trimming function on my Shimano 105...so clutch!

Stopped in to have some work done on my bike. From the second I walked in, I felt very welcomed and the two guys there quickly took care of what I needed. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices were also great! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their bike. They also have a cool little shop dog

Clay was very friendly and professional. He told me exactly what my bike needed and when he could get the part in and have my bike fixed. Everything he told me he delivered on. His price was more than fair and the product and quality in the part, the repair and the service were all well worth the price. I read the negative reviews about the San Antonio Bike Shop from a few years ago and I can say that none of those negative reviews were reflective of the great service I received. Thank you Clay for A+ service. I would definitely recommend this place.
