Allen and Katherine are always very professional and helpful. Allen spent a couple hours with me running through the fit and tune on a tri-bike I recently purchased. Allen even met me at the shop on a Sunday (they are typically closed) so that I could pick the bike up.

I had an amazing experience at Cycle Logic. My husband and I were greeted by Katherine the minute we walked into the store. After a quick series of questions, Katherine knew what I was looking for, and I realized I was dealing with a professional. Had a great experience placing my bike on consignment. The business portion took about 15 minutes and then spent another 30 minutes just talking about bikes and things in general. Allen and Katherine have great attitudes and thoroughly enjoy what they do. Katherine found a great home for my Cervelo, and followed up the sale with a phone call and a hand written note. Will definitely do business with them again.

Cycle Logic is awesome. Allen & Katherine have been taking care of all my bike needs for many years dating back to the mid 90's and they're just the absolute best of people. While I know there are other good bike shops around town they're the bike shop I recommend to all my friends & family to, especially for repairs & maintenance. Allen keeps my older bikes working like new and also is SA's Diamondback distributor, and currently I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new DB and Allen will be my guy for the setup, repairs & upgrades every well used bike will need. I took a MTB in for repairs to the drive train. I was told that they had the specific group of Shimano in stock to complete the repair. When I had a friend [who is a bicycle expert] coming into town on vacation and was willing to show me how to do the repair if I could acquire the parts, I called the shop to see if they would sell me everything I needed (chain, derailleur, cables, etc) so I could do it myself. The response was sharp and rude- " we are not going to sell you any parts, Because repairs are how we make money"

I bought a bike in REALLY good shape and took it to them for some "fine tuning"...knowing nothing about them other than their reviews. Kathryn and Allen were very gracious and accomodating. I showed them my list of "to-do's"...and left them my bike. About a week later...Kathryn texted me that it was ready. She called Allen out of the back and he explained what-all was wrong with my bike and what he did to correct issues with it. Over the Christmas holidays, I decided to take care of a front break issue on my mountain bike. I had changed the front tire, put in a new tube but could not get the break to line up without rubbing. I noticed in Wetmore area, there was a bike shop. I called the number and sent an email when I looked it up online. I got an almost immediate response from Allen and met Katherine at the shop. First of all, Cycle Logic is not closed. It is opened on Saturdays; however, they are available by appointment on weekdays. This is a superior mom and pop bike shop. Allen is one of the most knowledgeable bike technicians around. I had a right shoulder injury that prevented me from riding my mountain bike--I could not reach the handlebars with my right hand that well without having to lean too far over. What can I say...? Allen is awesome! I am impressed with his abundant professionalism and knowledge about bikes. It was my first visit to his shop and I will definitely be returning. I am a newbie to cycling and thought that my bike was broken. Allen was wonderful. He helped me figure out that it was "rider error" and not the bike. He was knowledgeable, patient and willing to teach me to use my bike properly. If you are an experienced cyclist or a beginner like me, I would recommend that you give Cycle Logic a chance to help you with your biking needs. Call before you go over to the shop.

Allen is very passionate about bikes and will always tell you the truth. He worked very hard to help us find the perfect tandem. I don't usually take my bike in for tune ups, however mine had quite a few problems and needed some professional attention. Now I must say that this was not cheap, and did take a little longer than expected but man, my bike is like brand new. They fixed everything and some serious problems that I knew of but blew off for some time. My bike rode like a champ yesterday. Thanks Cycle Logic. I'll be back.

We were looking for a couple of bikes for our two young children (age 2 and 3) and Cycle Logic came up as a dealer for a couple of the brands I was looking for. This was our first stop. I am very bicycle savvy and have done most of my own wrenching and building of bikes for the past 10 years.

I'll be first to admit that I came in because of the groupon, and really only to utilize the savings; I already have an LBS and love it. I entered and it definitely looks and feels like one, with bikes and bike paraphernalia everywhere. The front desk girl was new, but friendly. Could quickly spot out the alpha male (Allen? I forget) who was running around, working with the regulars. From there, I was somewhat free to roam around as I pleased.

BEST BIKE SHOP IN SAN ANTONIO!!! Went in yesterday to purchase a new bike, I had bought my first entry level road bike a few years ago from Performance and was looking to upgrade. Walking into the shop I was a little unsure, there were bikes EVERYWHERE and it looked a little chaotic. I spoke with Katherine and let her know my goals, what I was looking for, and (most importantly) my budget. She showed me a couple of prospectives, had me sign a waiver, and then I got to test ride. I went to cycle logic looking to get in road biking. The staff were very friendly and directed me to a couple of choices to think about. no pressure no fuse, he said come back another day and take a few out for a test ride before you make your final choice. Hit a few other bike shops with varying levels of service but none as good as cycle logic....oh still saving dollars to buy the right bike but customer service at Cycle logic is outstanding and i will be buying from them.

I went to Cycle Logic first to find a good bike to go on trails and to assist me in my commute. I looked at their great selection and asked a lot of questions. The staff there treated me like family and helped me find the right bike. Just to be safe, though, I went to a few other locations, just to be sure. I was mostly ignored at the other places and did not see much of a selection. I went back to Cycle Logic assured that I would receive great service, and after a year with my bike, I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!
