I've only been here for 4 months but I'm blown away by the first class customer service provided by all staff members at Seapointe Villas. I've have experienced some of the worst property management companies and landlords, so it's been such a treat living here.
I was supposed to move to Oakland but 5 days before moving, I had a change of heart and decided to move to SoCal instead. Loved living at Seapointe and wouldn’t have left if we hadn’t bought a house. Really friendly staff that was always on top of it, simple amenities but everything you need (pool, hot tub, gym, sauna). Garages, washer/dryer in unit, dog friendly and all the neighbors were very friendly and nice. No weirdness with moving out or dealing with fixing things. 10/10 recommend!!

As of June 13th, I was able to lease one of their 3 bedroom apartments, which is beautiful. The wood floors, central air and heat, in unit laundry and updated kitchen with stainless appliances speak for itself. The grounds of the complex is in good condition.
The amenities are great too, only wish there was more than one bbq available for residents to use.
I’ll update my review as time progresses. I hope to be here for more than a year.

I lived at Seapointe for a year and a half. I would have loved to stay longer, but I met a great guy. Loved the hardwood floors, tan paint in the unit and stainless appliances. The complex was very quiet and I felt safe at night (despite the occasional dumpster diver). The grounds were always in great shape and Jidan and Susana were responsive if I had a maintenance issue, which was rare. When I moved out, I received most of my security deposit back, which was a nice surprise. I looked at a lot of complexes in the area and this was a great value compared to other options I was considering

This place is nice and it comes with appliances, washer, dryer, fridge, micro which is very nice. The bad thing about this place is that windows and walls are very very thin you can hear everything! This is not funny I can hear the fork lift at 4:00am in the morning everyday from the business next door. That's what sucks! You can hear the fire truck all day, the fire station is next to the complex and specially all the noise from all the business next door... also beware they charge you a maintenance fee every month, which I think they should pay for it not the tenants. Wow!! What can I say! We have lived here for almost two years, and our new manager Susana is absolutely amazing. We went through a very disappointing situation here, and were very serious about moving, until Susana and Eli came on staff! We appreciate their kindness, and we will definitely be recommending anyone that we know who is moving to come and look, as well as live here. During the two years we enjoyed the second floor apartment, general location of the complex and somewhat So-Cal beach setting. It is close to OCC, local stores and shops and the beach is relatively close. Her apt was near the pool and south entrance, which was much quieter than we thought it would be. Her maintenance requests were met quickly and fixed without much issue. We found Jidan very willing to listen and accommodating during our tenure. Whenever I called to follow up or went in to talk; she was calm, courteous and respectful.

Love living here! Its nice and quiet and the staff here is amazing!
Service calls are always done within 24 hours if not sooner and the manager, Jidan, is always so helpful and sweet. Rudy who takes care of all the maintenance is so nice and always gets the job done asap!
The rooms are big! And the layout is nice and open. This is the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived at in the OC.

Jidan is a real talent and a fantastic property manager. Any time something goes wrong, which is fairly rare, I call her and she either picks up immediately or gets back to me within a business day. She made our move and the leasing process very easy and straightforward. Rudy is excellent as well. He works hard and always has a smile on his face and makes time to ask how my day is going. Jidan and Rudy are both great examples of how property management should be done.

Loud college kids, noisy streets, no parking, overpriced apartments. We've had to call the cops at 4am to break up a ragging party. We can't park our car in the space we were provided because it's a compact space and I drive a full size SUV. The landlord refuses to give me a space that will accommodate my vehicle. There's about 20 layers of paint on the walls due the amount of turn over here. The surrounding streets are exceptionally noisy. Spend your $2K for a one bedroom somewhere else.

By far the worst place I have ever lived at. My sister was sick for 2 months due to the mold we found in her room. We notified the leasing office they didn't do anything because it's not black mold. My sister went to the doctors and we were told it doesn't matter if it isn't black mold that is what's causing you to get sick. We ended up getting a lawyer and everytime our lawyer called to talk to the office they hung up on him. Our lawyer told the leasing lady you can't have any tenants living in a home with any type of mold. They needed to move us to a different unit

I have lived here close to ten years and in the ten years we have had several managers. We finally got Jidan as our manger for year and a half. Wow Jidan is 'GREAT" the complex is clean and takes care of the tenant's needs right away. She is a dynamo! She has gone above and beyond for me as I 'am on workers comp. AMC corporation should be very proud how Jidan runs and cares for this complex. The maintenance man Gary is awesome who fixes problems the first time without having to return to fix same problems. I truly enjoy living here at Seapoint Villa. Thank You

Lived here for 2 months and love it so far! We live in the newly renovated unit and it's really cute. Rustic style hardwood floors. Dark kitchen cabinets and new appliances. The washer and dryer are front load and really big ! I never hear our neighbors and we are above a garage so nobody is below us. We were choosing between here and 2775 Mesa verde. I'm really glad we chose here. Parking isn't that bad at all in my opinion, after 6 the street parking fills up but that's going to happen anywhere you live. Everyone we have met is nice. Location is awesome, right next to target

I've lived here for a year now. My partner and I had to transfer units due to their renovations. It wasn't the smoothest process, but the updates are fabulous.
Our 1br rent went up 20%, and we were basically forced to move to a new unit, a 2br. If we didn't, we could stay in our unit, continue to pay the extra 20% for nothing; or completely leave for 3 weeks, continue to pay rent and move our furniture back at the end of that time.
It's a bit quieter here; I never hear my neighbors. The rent is ... competitive with the area. Costa Mesa sure ain't cheap! You do get that

Lived here for a year with my girlfriend in a 1 bedroom. Location is good, and it is dog friendly. Layout of the apartments is great. Very airy with vaulted ceilings, lots of light, in unit w&d, and garage. New management is responsive for maintenance requests and amiable.
A couple cons however... It does get a lil' noisy from the college kids at The Camden across the street. Also, parking for guests will be a challenge. Since it is not a gated community, you may be awoken by the cling clang of dumpster divers retrieving bottles at 3 AM. The biggest con for me however, is that I am moving

Each unit has tall ceilings, which I never realized how great of a feature that is. The upstairs has fireplaces and the downstairs has hardwood floors. The pool is nice and hardly ever crowded. Over all, the community is quiet. Sometimes you can hear parties from across the street at the Camdens or weird mechanical noises from the warehouses on the other side of the complex, but honestly

I was going to let this go but now I have been waiting for over a week for a washing machine that works. Your options, go to a laundromat, you did not even offer to pay for, or wait 3 more days for a fix, and again its been over a week. A friendly voice and an apology would of worked wonders on me, you went a different route so.
