Services
Our experienced rehabilitation team is committed to the quality of care for our residents. Many residents in our population are comprised of patients requiring several days or weeks of medical care. Our Social Service team assists both patients and their families during transitional periods. We provide 24-hour skilled care and rehabilitation services in a comfortable and friendly environment.
With that said, we understand that it's difficult to be separated from your family members and loved ones. If possible, Skype, FaceTime or use other forms of visual communication to hear and see one another. Make sure to include grandkids, family members, and close friends in calls. Order a book, movie, game or anything else online and surprise your family member with a way to help them occupy some time.
Although we do not have a formal policy stating visitation guidelines, we suggest using the common areas of the facility to meet with your loved one. If it is not possible to visit in one of the common areas, we suggest a limit of one to three people in a resident room at one time. You may reserve the dining room or activity room for any special event (birthday, holidays, meals) in advance with our activities director, Stefanie Fortini.

Danville Post-Acute Rehab is one if not the best place ever! They're caring towards all patients and even family members. The times that I have been there not as a patient, but as a family member has been the best time ever. The feeling was very overwhelming that it kept smiling from ear to ear with how welcoming the whole place is.
