We just moved here..First from the beginning to the end Raven was ABSOLUTELY amazing in making sure everything was handled in a timely fashion. She was prompt in her response and made sure our paper work was
as done. She has a wonderful attitude and answered all of our questions. Our apartment is Beautiful and very spacious Love 😍.We also had the pleasure of meeting the other staff members Pam and Heather whom welcomed us with open arms. This is a Blessed and great management team!!THANKS again all of you.

Recently moved in my own suite and was previously living with a friend here. Hate to be the broken record but, yes the trash compactor was a horrible decision in my opinion. As a non driver it has made taking the trash out significantly more difficult. Other than that... Very beautiful area, quiet, spacious and cozy. Wonderful staff!

Lived here for nearly three years. The property is fairly nice but the units are dated. Just about every appliance in my apartment has broken at some point and I usually have to make 3-4 maintenance calls a year just for the HVAC. The walls seem to be fairly insulated but it sounds like elephants live above me (is constant loud pounding, floorboards creaking, etc). I would have given the complex a 3 or 4 but they’ve recently decided to do away with dumpsters and just have everyone in the complex haul their trash to one location. It’s a ploy just to save some money and all you have to do is

Overall a good experience living here. Very nice apartments, but pricey. Quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in the apartment, which was a big selling point for me. Friendly staff. Only 2 complaints though. Some of the neighbors were a little rude. Leaving their trash in the hallways, which caused the hallway to stink. And being very noisy some days! Plus the whole parking situation is not very good. Not enough spots for the people living in the buildings, so you found yourself parking a little ways away most days. Overall though, a good place to live.
