Recently, I accepted a job offer in the area. When I went to view the apartments, I had an exceptional experience and I was very eager to put in my application. Audrey, the property manager, was so kind and attentive.
After viewing the apartment, she handed me a personalized thank you card she created. Beyond this, I expressed to her that I would have to drive 40+ minutes back home before I could submit my application. I really wanted the apartment! I was a resident of this apartment community for about two and half years and overall, I sincerely enjoyed my tenure in the community and apartment! A majority of the other residents are quiet and personable with very minimal issues, if any at all. Any issues or concerns I did have, Vallie and Audrey (the community leasing managers) were great about them! The two of them were extremely personable, professional and always genuinely concerned for the safety and comfortability of their residents! If you’re looking for a small community, spacious, modern pet-friendly apartments within a 3 mile radius

Comfortable, well-kept apartments, attentive and affable staff, great location.
Lived at Forest Ridge for 4 years as I completed medical school and went onto residency and had such a wonderful experience. The community overall is very quiet and courteous. My wife and I were especially fond of the short walk over the Portage Trail bridge to downtown (just about 12 minutes from our apartment to the Front St. strip), as well as making our way around the neighborhood behind on walks each day with our pup. Lived in a ground-floor unit for a year and decided we wanted to move into a bigger, upstairs

Staff is excellent and the location of the apartments is damn near impossible to beat. The pricing is fair and the quality of the apartments is superb. They're dog friendly to a certain degree (breed restrictions). Audrey the new manager is fantastic and has been very helpful. Overall I would definitely live in these apartments again. Highly recommend.

I have lived at Forest Ridge for four years and have loved every minute of it. My apartment is spacious and quiet, and the residents are respectful of each other. Any time there was a maintenance issue it was quickly and professionally resolved. The rent has gotten a little out of my price range so I will be moving at the end of the month, but Forest Ridge is still one of the most affordable places in town. The management is friendly and helpful, and the location is very close to shopping, restaurants, parks and other entertainment.

Forest Ridge is a safe, well maintained place to live. Besides the great location and well maintained property, I chose to live here because of the exceptional staff -- they really make a positive difference! The property managers, Audrey and Vallie, provide excellent customer service. Phone calls are always answered, emails with any queries are answered within the same business day and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. If you are looking for a safe community to live in with good management, Forest Ridge is the place for you.

Back in 2009, my wife and I moved out of Forest Ridge Apartments in Cuyahoga Falls and received a full refund of our security deposit. SIX MONTHS LATER we received our first letter in the mail claiming carpet damage and Forest Ridge (Leslie Steiner) demanded the deposit back. We fought back and forth until they sent a letter from their lawyers on retainer. Being young and naive, we caved not realizing how illegal their demands were. Once a deposit is refunded, and in this case six months have passed, the contract between parties is over (ORC 5321.16 B). This is what we claimed 11 years ago and

A wonderful and well-kept place to live! While I wish there was a gym on site, everything is so nice. Very newly-remodeled, with beautiful appliances. While everyone in the office is nice, Diana is truly a shining star in this world. She is so incredibly caring and wants your time at Forest Ridge to be exceptional, and they absolutely deliver! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
