I had to call to find out what was going on to have the leasing manager say oh yeah you weren't approved and you'll get a letter. Fast forward 5 months and no letter. And nothing on credit report saying they even inquired. Sounds strange to me.

I just finished my move into Heron Springs and it was a wonderful experience. The leasing process with Gayle and Heidi was quick and accommodating. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The first time I enter my new home I was blown away. From the granite counter tops, new appliances, fire place, tons of storage and the fixtures they spared no expense. I have rented for 20 years and this is the first place I have lived that felt like a house. The community is family and the recreation in the surrounding area is awesome. I am recommending Heron Springs to you from my first hand experience

I moved in early this summer and was not disappointed. Apartment was in near perfect shape. All finishes are very high end. No noise through walls. Worth every penny. Would highly recommend!!

It seems to be a great community, not too big as other ones and with really premium apartments. A bit far from almost everything, but besides that (and if you work in the region) it's worth giving it a shot and taking a look.

Do not let the fancy decor fool you.....these apartments are awful! For the price I am paying ($2000/mo for 3bd), I expect well-constructed units, respectful neighbors, and a professional management team. Whether you are an upper or lower unit, you will hear every step, every conversation, every flushing of the toilet, and every closing door in your neighbors apartment. The walls are so thin. It is apartment living so some noise is to be expected but I have lived in way cheaper apartments that are quieter than these. Then there is the neighbors. Most in the neighborhood are middle aged and keep
